You may be right based on individual references but I feel to be visionary is the only way to build the future. If all that were built in LAGOS in the past 23 years till today were replicated in all states at the level of Thier revenue, everyone will not be rushing to Lagos. Obi ran away from Landmark projects because he has no idea or creativity to resolve issues. But obiano build airport with 80 billion kept by obi, or is it no useful?
