Unfortunately I don't think that is possible. I experienced the same thing but I submitted it like that.

Please don't bother yourself too much on this .I feel that irrespective of the number of your higher institution entries what matters most here is that you fill at least an entry for your higher institution.

The best you can do at this stage is to apply first then you can later send them an email to notify them about this.

Don't waste time, please go ahead and apply.
