Truth be told, mods never really increase resale value. You have to accept that as the fact that it is, nothing to do with bad belle or anything. In fact, in some cases, mods even reduce value.

That said, this car has been very well taken care of obviously. There are people out there who'll appreciate that. If I wanted a used MDX, this would be at the very top of my options without a doubt.

Any reasonable human being who values his or her life and living conditions won't sit in the same compound with a telco mast. Convert the vacant areas on the land to a farm.

How can you receive a 10-year payment from a telco and then sell the land, leaving out where the mast is? Who gets exposed periodically to radiation? Who comes down with cancer in the end? Who receives payment from telcos?

Again, you, + the landlord and whoever thought to sell the land after leasing a part for mast use are bunch of criminals and horrible people.
