Take the Catholic church for instance, they have Catholic hospitals spread accross the geographic region of Nigeria and these hospitals are very affordable. There's one situated at Kirikiri, in Lagos here, it's operated by Saint Joseph's parish and I can tell you that people irrespecrive of tribe and religion troop into the hospital on a daily basis.
