sassy92: You don't need BA opening confirmation slip to book appointment. And yes, It's best to wait till after you get AD before you fund. You can open the account now then fund once you get AD. Thanks sassy. But since you said the email doesn't work anymore. Is there another channelI can book though I live in Lagos not Abuja ? |

obianorafael: How can I apply for a student visa appointment at German Embassy in Abuja? I live im Abuja and I got admission to do my Masters. I think you need to send them a mail at student@lago.diplo.de. Stating your intent. Then wait for their reply. |

Please guys, I know this question must have been asked a couple of times but I have searched thoroughly but couldn't find explicit replies. So forgive I am asking again.
I want to fund my fintiba account only after I have gotten an appointment date. But I read you need a slip as a confirmation of funding to book an appointment. Please how do I get this without funding? Thanks.
P.s, please don't reply if you won't be nice. |

Please guys I saw this on their website when I tried to book an appointment. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the very high demand the consulate apologizes for not being able to offer more appointments for student visa applications for the winter semester 2019/2020 as we are fully booked out.
But I went in still and saw a few appointment dates. Now, I am not sure if it is for visa interview or just certification of documents as stated on their sites. |

olatunji1187: Please do we have people in the house who have funded their Fintiba account with new amount? How did you go about it from Nigeria.
I opened domiciliary account, and intend to make the transfer through it, but I heard that the maximum amount u can transfer once is 9000 Euro. Meanwhile Fintiba insist that the transfer must be made once (10450 Euro), else some additional documents will be required which may evenctually delay the process because of verification. Please what is the new amount everyone is talking about? Is the block account no longer 8800 euro which I saw on the embassy's site? |

Davison360: At this point, it is risky. Ask for an enrollment extension from your school to December or November ending. Then book with a start date of Dec 16 or so. When you get a date. Then you can pay the money and satisfy other enrollment conditions. Ask your school to send your enrollment certificate. You'll use this to fast track the process at the Embassy. Above all, Pray well. I will do that thanks and God bless. |

cherche: Please is it safe if I also book a visa appointment with my conditional acceptance letter, since my enrolment date is already close by (first week of october)? It states I need to pay 500euroes upfront, before being given an unconditional acceptance letter. Please anyone who have an idea. Kindly help out. |

Hi guys! Please asides from the expected block account for living expenses, am I to show a separate sponsorship statement of account at the embassy? My school is a private university in Germany and tuition is not free for masters program of two years.
Thanks. |
