This is a community failure as well as Government failure. We all have realized that Nigeria is a failed nation. The Woman said in the video that they contacted the service provider over 7 hours before the incident. First ,they should take responsibility to barricade and provide warnings to ensure the area is protected till their arrival . Please don"t let us rely so much on government on issues that are highly critical which might leads to fatality.

We all know Nigeria is a failed Nation. Properties developers should try to provide fire fighting equipment's within the estate. Developing a multi-million Naira estate must have at least fire hose reel located at each building.

My hubby have been to South Africa and Germany and he never exceed the days.
He went to US embassy and he was refused in 2016.

January 2017 he submitted canada tourist visa applict. Yesterday, April 4th, he was sent a letter from the embassy that he said "No" when he was ask if he has been refused any country. And that he shld provide any information to address it.

Pls what can he do cos he was giving 5days to reply?

Your husband will need a lawyer to draft a letter for him. Same happened to me ...i said Yes to that question , that i have been denied USA and it was stated in the space provided while the VO sent a mail that i said NO. i contacted a lawyer who assisted in drafting a letter , attached with the form i filled where i stated YES and the letter they sent. but i am still waiting for there response. You will need to defend that because ban is at stake.

I applied for canada visit visa January 15 online and I got a mail today for procedural fairness to be replied in 15days. .it was stated that I did not indicate that I was refused USA visa ...which I am 100 percent sure that I did tick it and I stated in the form that I was refused USA and UK but without explanation. PLEASE HOW WILL I GO ABOUT IT.

@ cherip. Thanks. Lol but your response sounds funny tho. But her fear is that will she be refused visa. She has no documents to show she was married to her claimed first husband. But she has full prove and court documents to show she's married to her real hubby which she applied with.

KOKORITA, no one can actually guess what the outcome might be...but God knows better. if she got the favor to explain, she must go clean and explain what happened...since there is no document to show for the first union...then, it is easy to defend.

Hello house, my colleague applied for a Canada visiting visa , she said she click NO to question on whether she has been married before.tho she presently married. The issue here is that the name of her husband in her usa application is different from the Canada application. She applied for usa in 2014. And used married so as to guarantee her self visa which she got. The conflict here is that her usa n Canada application is showing two different name as husband. Will she have said yes to have been married before. Cous she has no documents to prove it. Cous usa dnt collect documents. Pls advise she needs my update urgently. Thanks house

she would have done the upfront medical before submitting the online application if only you knew she would visit because while on visit with you she could be called for medicals,as for now she has to wait to be called for medicals by CIC or if you have the money she can still visit you and when called for medicals she can return back to do so. As for submitting passport i think if you send the passport down here while on visit with you, a family relative with your "letter of authorization" and her VFS slips, consenting her to submit on your wife behalf and a means of identification is mandatory from the relative for this if i am right on this one. But i know it can be done if someone wants to collect your application package back on ur behalf from VFS which isn't a must you would go if you are not within lagos/abuja.

Thanks boss,, she was called for medicals last year which she did in October while she was refused after she passed medicals. But she stated in this new application that she did medicals which is not up to a yr. But Is it possible they request her to go for another medicals ?

Good day house, please I need urgent advice. My wife applied for study visa on 9th of this month. Online route. But she needs to travel out of naija to visit me for like 6months. My question is that...can she do an upfront medicals before she travel , and if canada reguested for her passport , she can send it to family member in Nigeria for submission cos I dnt want her to forfeit the Visa I processed for her which will expire by November. I dnt want to put all energy on this canada visa cos she has been refused before.

Did she did upfront medical or CIC asked her to.

Based on traveling experience and funds. She did not do upfront,,she was requested to go for medicals....we got 6m in the acct for a yr diploma. but she was sponsored by my dad who is a retired civil servant but now into business. We are planning to reapply for the third time using my acct while i serve as a sponsor
