Cuppymummy: It's better to buy the fresh bitter leaves and squeeze it yourself. Don't buy the already squeezed one. The juice you get from the first round of squeezing is more beneficial.
I think you can wash the leaves with salt to get rid of any germs.
You can also blend and sieve with a cloth. Thanks ma. I will |

Rbae: I'm expecting AF tomorrow but I've been having cramps since Monday, my breast is so full and my hubby said it looks like ball , temperature sef follow and lost of appetite. It's so unlike me cos i don't usually have menstrual pain.
Was about treating myself for malaria when my mum called, she said i should go to d hospital instead. She said maybe God has answered our prayer . I just dont want to raise my hope high and feel disappointed like last month cos its too early to be depressed and worried. I will continue praying to my father in heaven.
I pray and hope for the best. I'll go to d hospital tomorrow morning. I plan going to the hospital to treat infection yesterday but I was down. I just hope for the best.
May God answer all our prayers soon. Many bfp this month. Amen. Yes. I think you should hold on with the malaria drugs and see your doctor first. Don't be worried, take your mind off it and watch God do what He says He will do. Cheers!! |

good one @wowfairy. I have been taking just omega 3 since my last cycle day 4, though I have been on folic acid for two months now. Not still giving up, I'm still on it. God will manifest his promise in our lives sooner than we think. Let's keep our hope alive |

Blackfinegirl: Good morning and welcome, your stay here shall be short in Jesus name.
I took bitterleaf from cd 1 to cd 10, and I saw ewcm and had ovulation pain for the first time in a long time, so I guess it worked. I am also using vit e and vitex.
For the bitterleaf, just wash and squeeze out the juice ( I added honey though) or you can use blender to juice it. I enjoyed drinking it. I had to stop when my dad said it was not good to take it all the time because it is not good for the kidney. I think you should give it a try, and I didnt purge though, I thought It was going to make me purge.
God bless Thank you very much for your response and Amen to your prayers. Please what is "cd 1" I don't really understand some terms. And should the bitterleaf be fresh or can I buy the squeezed one from the market coz I'm planning on making bitter leaf soup today Blackfinegirl: Good morning and welcome, your stay here shall be short in Jesus name.

Good morning everyone. I have been TTC for 17 months and I'm not giving up. I have been through the crying and depression process but still here I am. I believe crying doesn't change your situation but prayer, consistency, hardwork and research is key. Today is my AF day1. I want to start treating malaria from today and I also read something here about taking bitter leaf water as a detox. Please can someone with more information about the bitter leaf clarify so we can all learn. Thanks and God bless all mamas |

Sadly, England might end up winning this game after all the hard work Escobar's cousins have put in... And the useless English media will not allow us hear the last of it. |

KevinDein: Exactly what I was thinking, man. The Colombians are good footballers. Wonder why they kept throwing tantrums throughout the game when they should have been doing what they know how to do well; play football. You are right.... The absence of Rodriguez is quite telling and obvious... Falcao is not a leader, and unworthy of that armband... |

This Columbia team is the most unruly and undisciplined side I have seen in all my years of watching the Mundial... Even Mushin Street soccer players are not like this... They have made this game so tasking to watch... Seriously, how did this South American drug-peddling bunch of hooligans get to this stage of this referred competition... So annoying and embarrassing... I pity this referee... |
