I just noticed this evening that my 3 years old daughter's vagina hole is totally closed like a healed wound after her caregiver told me in school today that she has been scratching the place lately and suggested I check her. How come I didn't notice at home and she never complained is astonishing

I didn't give birth to her with a closed vagina ooo I'm totally scattered as I type. I've never heard of such all my life. I'm taking her to the clinic but I need ideas pls. Has anyone heard of this before? How was it managed?

Ejoor nor Waka pass mamas I just need information on the name of such a condition and how it can be managed so I can confidently follow the doctors up make Dem nor go damage the place. My head is spinning

What God cannot do does not exist. This was me last week crying not knowing God has fulfill His promise. All I can say is thank you Lord,am grateful.

Testimony!!!

TTC started about 21months ago. 3 months into it we decided to seek professional help we went to a general hospital, long story short we were told to come back when its 12months.
We went home and kept trying. 3months after we were told to get some tests done by a family nurse.
My hormone profile came back with high prolactin (I had breast discharge) Hubby's SFA, count was 13million ,fast progressive was just 20%. We commenced treatment, I was placed on parlodel and some other drugs. Hubby was placed on drugs and injections as well. We did that for about six months again, nothing happened still.
So early this year we decided to try a different approach, we went to a tradomedical (I never liked trado but this one was based on recommendation) we started treatment with herbs for detox for a few weeks, before starting orthodox. We were given IV IM and oral antibiotics, we were using protection while on the antibiotics.we kept praying for result.
Fast forward to early June when I expected my period to come but it didnt, I had cramps instead for 2 days. I used strip, I didnt see any thing. I was scared, I ran to the lab for scan, scan was okay no PID, no cyst, everything was okay. No sign of gestation seen. I bought more strip on my way home, I bought synergo as well(it was recommend by a mama here) thinking its the prolactin that wants to mess my cycle up. I waited for about 3more days, took the test saw 2lines and I kept asking myself if its positive, I kept it till hubby woke and showed him and we kept staring at the strip and asking each other if its Positive or not. I went for blood test for confirmation a d it came back positive.

This is what was the result given to me.

Sperm count: 74 x 10^6/ml

Motility: 80% progressively and and actively motile, 15% sluggishly active, 5% dead

Morphology: 50% normal sperm cell, 45% abnormal and 5% amorphous

Pus cell: 4-5/hpf
Yeast cell: nil
Red blood cell: nil
Epithelial cell: nil
Bacteria: ++

Culture
Yielded heavy growth of staphylococcus spp after 24 hours of incubation at 37°c

Antibiotics sensitivity: pefloxacin+++, rocephine+++, ciprofloxaxin+++, erythromycin+, gentamicin+

Resistance: streptomycin, zinacef, ampiclox, septrin

Aside the infection found is every other thing okay?

(Would be seeing a doctor over the weekend, married for 8months now and we are trying to conceive)

It's advisable you do it nothing later than day 10. I trust you have booked for hsg already before your day 10.

I’m embarking on my ivf journey but fluid (hydrosalpinx) was detected in my tube with multiple cyst but my dr gave me the option of doing open surgery go remove the affected tube before my IVF procedure. Anyone with similar experience?

it's supposed to be 3 days abstinence. Run away from anyone that tells you to abstain for 7 days.

Actually, WHO recommends that for testing and analysis, semen samples should be collected after a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 7 days of sexual abstinence .

So for the the doc to say 7 days is not out of place.

My three years of TTCing has come to end, from HSG to miscarriage to hystereoscopy to womb scratching,failed IVf and oligospermia..


God healed us and showed himself mighty in our lives when we least expected and free of charge.

Those people may have had the fibroids before they noticed it. Did they do scanning of their internal organs before taking the folic acid to know it was what gave them fibroids after they took it?

And if this was the case , then it would have been known medically in the medicine world and alarm would have been issued out to warn people about it.

You're welcome ma'am. I think you should try using a opk or tvs. These are the surest way to tell if and when you are ovulating. CM may not always be accurate like most doctors would say.

Good evening Mama's, I'm 5 days late, took pregnancy test this morning with pt strip and it was negative. The day my period was to start, I had abdominal pain for 5mins, could not move, just laid on the bed. I've been feeling on and off slight cramps like my period is about to start yet nothing. Sometimes I feel wet down there but when I check, it's just cm. What could be wrong please?

You could be pregnant have you done a blood test? Like Mama said, avoid lifting heavy things for now. You'll testify.

My wonderful mama triplets, I knew you would check on me that was why I came online �. The day of the procedure, the gynae wasn't around, we were asked to check back on Thursday. The main issue we had that made us go see a gynae, was sperm leakage after sex. Everything flows out , not semen o, like people say, as in all the sperm will just be on the bed no matter the style. And our gynae was telling us it's not sperm but semen, that we cannot see sperm .And even after raising leg for 1 hour, as soon as I get up, the remaining one inside, flows out and it continues like that even if I sneeze. My gynae prescribed some antibiotics for us which we took during my period and then I took aidan, uziza seed and uda also, during my period and stopped. Then we baby danced on the day I was meant to go for the procedure and no single sperm came out, infact, we were surprised, then we tried again, same thing. It was a miracle o. We now decided to see how this week goes, if it remains that way, then we will back it up with prayers since I don't have issues with ovulation and it's my ovulation period. We go back next month if nothing happens, but we pray for a miracle. Thank you so much for being there. I'll keep praying for you. God bless you and all TTC mum.
