This aforementioned wasn't citing Tinubu per se, but anyone found guilty. No one will just wake up one day and incarcerate anyone based on hearsay. There is a petition already by Adeyanju against Tinubu, if EFCC won't be biased, let them ratify that and perhaps head him to court n f he thereafter is guilty then, we will all hail Buhari once again. Same is applicable to any percieved embezzler that has a petition against them.
