I sent in my cv on Thursday, test is on Monday. I'm just really skeptical about it, I would be traveling down to take the test, I don't want a situation where I'd be bounced.

Make efforts to get your ID, meanwhile go for the test first.

I wonder why they had to slash it. It's actually 500k for two years, i.e 1 million in all. That is what the award letter says.

Hope they will not try that this year.

If you consider the delay as inefficiency that's your problem, I am also not happy with the delay because I am expected to resume on the [b]4th of September 2017

4th is just yesterday na, you can still resume. if the list comes out tomorrow, induction on Thursday, you can take-off on Friday then.

Yes. I'm also expecting an invitation. Let's set our sights on 8th July.

8th July will be cool; although PTDF exam is slated for same date.

It seems those that wrote the test during the mop-up have not been invited yet. Can someone kindly confirm or disprove this.

How can you ask such question here, its a banking job n the corporate world. I don't think anyone will be strict on dressing, but, if you need the job, better go on corporate, preferably formal coloured suit.
Otherwise, you can go with your traditional wears too.

This should rather be directed to engineering graduates. The worst thing that can happen to anyone now is to study engineering, you will have wasted your precious time and resources. It's better you just do something mild & get outta school; or if you go pro with medic courses. But for engineering, bro there's no hope. Sorry, you were even misguided using your last fortune for some hopeless courses; am sure your trainers would be scorching for another prey. Those things dont work; no body will evere employ you bc of certifications and pro courses. They make sense, when you have some hands on experience. But, without experience; It's worthless than a tissue paper.
So, put yourself together; abandon the CV somewhere; and face your life. It's not late yet; you can if you can.

the process hasn't been concluded. Although, some have done two interviews, some (like me) have done only one and no one from both groups have been invited to the next stage (at least none from the few people I am in touch with)
