I'm happy to announce that I arrived Melbourne safely today. My trip was smooth. IOM personnel received me in dubai. had another short stop over in Singapore. My bags were not opened by border patrol here. I declared my goods in d passenger card n during security check here my bags were sniffed b dogs.. I was scared oh because dogs scare me. But they were nice generally n organised. Anyway I'm still at d beautiful airport looking around. I pray this country favours us all. |

wat I'm saying is that I'm already working and I want to say DAT I will come back to continue wit my job. and promoted too. so I don't know if I should tick yes or no in that 38 the question is quite self explanatory. Do u have a job offer for when u return? it doesn't matter if it's whr u are working now or somewhere else. if u are saying Yes, den u must prove it. Like I said, I ticked No and I still got my grant. I also had a " job offer letter " But with d advice I got from this thread I decided to tick No, to avoid complicating my application. having a future job offer actually helps with home tie, But it isn't compulsory. You can't just say that u are coming back to continue wit ur job. Remember there r Nigerian schools offering ur course so y spend millions studying abroad if u are coming back to d same job, unless ur company is giving u a reference letter stating it clearly that ur job is waiting for u upon return and that they permit ur study leave. finally, d decision is urs. I'm just saying my own small piece. |

Pls my people how do I book for cheap my flight fr nsw sydney. Congratulations, for ur flight, it all depends on How soon u. want to travel. you can always contact IOM for a good deal. |

chetaRay: @chi50. thanx for answering ewagbamio questions. wat I wanted to ask u is that in question 38. if u will be going back to ur former employee after schooling nd seek a promotion wic should one tick yes or no. must u book an appointment with fatai Williams after getting d HAP ID ? CNT u go to fatai Williams clinic anytime u want nd do ur medicals so long as u r ready and even teleperformance or wont dey attend to the persone....... must u book before going dia if u have genuine proof of future employment then u can tick Yes, otherwise pls tick No. I ticked No and I still got my visa. Yes, u need to call fatai to book an appointment to avoid unnecessary delays. they'll ask u for ur hap I'd wen u call |

[quote author=ewagbamio post=39755139]1. How did you book appointment with Teleperformance? Did you call them or did you book through their website
You can book through their website, it's better.
2. How many certified copies of your documents did you include in the application, I'm planning to put only a copy each.
one certified copy each.
3. How many passport photo per application?
go with 4 passports, But they use 2 mostly.
4. Did you guys answer Question 111? If yes what did you tick?(I know we are supposed to pay in cash, no?) just leave dat one till u get to teleperformance
5. Question 36 (Salary Level) is it in Naira, AUD or USD? Is it peer monnth or P/A?
It's in naira. You can state either monthly or per Annum. I used per annum becos that's what is stated on my appointment letter.
6. Question 16: I don't have National ID Card (I have Driv License though ), what number can I put there
I left that one because I wanted to use only my passport 7.Question 49 (Additional Information): Can anyone in the house shed a little more light on it? I planned on ticking No
I ticked no
8. Do I need to put certified copies of my Yellow Card? (I observe people are including it and getting a good outcome) Which pages do I certify and include?
I didn't use yellow card But I guess the data page n vaccinations page should suffice
best of luck |

Donobelu: @chi50 in my letter grant they state that I can't travel to Australia until my insurance start and my OSHC will start on February 8, my question now is do you have that clause too I'm your grant? Thanks Yes, I do. if u want to travel sooner like me, den all u have to do is contact your school or ur oshc provider and arrange for your Oshc to commence when u want, at an additional price though. I contacted my school becos my oshc was through them, I was then sent an email that it can be arranged once I enter oz, not prior. so I guess I'm good to go. I'll also print out the email to travel with incase I'm asked abt it at d airport. |

They help wit cheaper air tickets n also concessional baggage. you can Google both iom Nigeria and iom Australia for more info. I contacted both, though I finally bought my ticket thru iom Nigeria. 2posh: OP.
Pray tell, why is your School on SVP and your course is not? His school being svp is not a guarantee that he's eligible 4 svp. his course must be a bachelor's or a higher degree like masters n PhD to qualify. he/she is going for vet course which is not svp. my concern is d timing. he needs to sort out his finances as soon as possible because of the 3months Al3 thingy. I second ur suggestion abt taking d loan n depositing it But that's also late now because the deposit must be 4 atleast 3 months. So add that to d visa waiting time and you'll get my point. I honestly wish I had a better straight forward advice 4 him, But I dnt. It's time 4 our gurus in d house to help him. @lawland, futuredon, etc. |

bigm101: Hi, Thank you so much for the quick response . I'm so grateful. And Yes my school is part of SVP but no, my intended course is not part of SVP. So, I am going to be accessed on assessment level 3. I quite comprehend everything you said but it seems you didn't get my question right . I will rephrase it . Now, the question is , I'm using a coperative union bank statement and my uncle is the president . In the letter of sponsor , what reason can I state inside that , makes me connected with the coperative and why they wan to sponsor me ? That's the question I need answer for . Like , if there are cases like that where someone used coperative union account My dear since u are Al3, u have to be very careful in ur sponsor matters. You must provide evidence of relationship to ur uncle. As for d letter from the cooperative, na long thing oh because I think cooperatives can only give loans, and not just sponsor u. so I think ur uncle will have to write a personal letter or declaration of sponsorship first. then an official letter from d cooperative giving their consent, and I think all members might have to sign. my 2cents though Also, u need to know that AL3 takes almost 3months so u need to be time conscious now because ur school resumes in Feb. Best of luck |
