bellong: Thanks, will do that. Praying that they will accept as it is and not ask for anything else down the line. |

bellong: Age 30 English 20 Degree 15 Aus study 5. State sponsorship 5. Total. 75 In the application, when asked for work experience in the past 10 years, I mentioned my Australian and Nigerian work experience. But marked as irrelevant as was not claiming points. I'm just trying to avoid CO contact as much as possible as that could cause further delay. I know I don't need to provide supporting documents, that's why I was surprised when this came up. Maybe they are changing the system. |

bellong: @bellong, Thank you for your response Sir, I'm very sure that I didn't claim any points, even during my skills assessment. My worry was because it came out as required docs before payment and so I could not leave it blank. I contacted DHA, and they said I should maybe write a cover letter stating the same and submit in its place. Apparently, this is a new thing now. I have employment offer letters from Nigeria, that's all, no payslips or reference. My question is, should I submit these employment letters, as well as the cover letter?, and if so, should I then mention that I am not claiming points because I don't have enough docs for proof. I'm worried about submitting too much or too little information. Such a dilemma |

Hi guys, I'm new to this thread and have so far been encouraged by lots of positive stories here. I am in the process of applying for my 190 visa (onshore). However I've come across a hindrance, and so please I need some guidance. On the upload required documents page, I have been asked to provide evidence of overseas and Australian work experience. My confusion now is that I am not claiming any points for work experience as I do not have the necessary documents, especially for the Nigerian work experience(hence the not claiming points). Has anyone been in a similar situation? Any suggestions on how to go about this? I'm trying to avoid any CO contact in the future. Oga Bellong, please I will really appreciate your response sir. |

OJaySeenson:the insurance spoken of is Australian health insurance. you are supposed to pay for and reg for insurance for d duration of ur proposed stay in Australia. There are a lot to choose from, alliance, bupa, etc. I guess you'll have to Google Australian private insurance to make ur choice. just know that u can't apply for visa without it. 1 Like |

ada4all:Hi I'm currently living in Melbourne. and yes you can enter b4 ur oshc starts, all u have to do is to contact d school if d oshc was organised by them or contact the insurance company if u did it urself. and let then know u want to update ur oshc as u want to come earlier. I did d same, d date of expiration was changed n dat was when I got here... Good luck n welcome to Melbourne in advance |

elawdafinest:At this point all u can do is to pray n wait for response from DIBP or the Sydney medical facility. but just know that u have nothing to worry abt. We've previously had people on this thread that were diagnosed with tb. All they had to do was treat it n do series of Xrays. Today they are in Australia. Here, they're just protecting their country hence all d tests. You might also have to sign an undertaking or something. So relax, no one here can give u another response as we dnt work at DIBP. I wish u d best... 1 Like |

chetaRay:yes, u can use ur offer letter. I used all my job offer letters 4 my own application. Date shouldn't be a factor so long as it collaborates with ur sop, cv n form 157a. you can also add reference letter if u have. All na proof. |

rolaesh:I think no one is answering ur question becos at this stage it's expected that u shld be able to source some info on ur own then ask 4 confirmation, I mean you've been on this thread long enough to know some basic stuff n how questns are answered here. The first thing u need to do is to generate ur immiaccount. you can do that by googling 'my health declaration ". The site is well self explanatory. Remember to print out the referral letter. n also note ur immiaccount password 4 future reference. best of luck |

bhanjjie:the referral letter they are referring to can only be generated from ur immiaccount, when u get ur hap I.d. It usually asks u to print it out n ur hap I.d will also be there with d medical history u filled when completing d form... |

It's not easy 4 u to bring out precious time out of ur obvious busy schedule to assist ppl in this group. Only God can reward u. so many people still genuinely need ur help so please dnt let some bad eggs n ungrateful ppl ruin or discourage this good work u are doing here. You r still our number 1 guru. Ifeco1:Hmmm, I'm honestly disappointed with what u did. you've been following this thread 4 a while now and I'm sure you've mentioned this passport issue b4 u applied 4 visa n it was fully explained to u by our gurus. how do u think it's possible to have a visa with another passport number. You should have renewed or changed ur passport b4 applying 4 d visa to avoid issues. Now u must definitely contact Pretoria to let them know because u can't enter Australia with dat visa. You'll have to fill a form to. I guess u can check their website 4 more info. best of luck. |
