So shine u �.... I will advice go by urself to do dis process if u can. Cos if dey wrong person signs ur docs, trust me, d embassy will decline d legalisation & as u to go get d right signature which dey recognise.

I am telling u nothing but d gospel truth cos it what I saw d day I went to authenticate my docs at MOFA. So many ppl where turned back from d embassy asking dem to go get d recognised signature & seal append on dia docs. No bi double wahala bi dt?...

But my docs was signed by d appropriate officer whose signature is Registered & recognised at d Polish embassy & same him signed for dose ppl who were turned back by d embassy...

So beware of dose agents....

If u must use d agents to fast track ur process, though it shouldn't tk more Dan a day to authenticate at MOFA, den ask for Mrs Mary, dtz if she's not yet on maternity leave. If dey told u she is, request for her contact, call her so she can redirect u to a core staff of d organisation to assist u.

But ideally, it's what u can do by urself without d need of dise agents. Cos dey charge way much (1k to 1.5k) per docs. But if u DIY, trust me u won't spend more Dan 10k, though depending on d no. of docs u r authenticating.

FOR THE COST, BUDGET LIKE 10K. U MAY NOT EXHAUST IT ALL. AND THE PROCESS USUALLY TAKES 2 DAYS IF YOU ARE ABLE TO GET YOUR ELIGIBILITY LETTER FROM MOE SAME DAY.

Kindly note that Legalization and Authentication are different. However, Authentication of docs at both ministry (MOE & MOFA) and its the first step before you proceed to the embassy for legalization.

Docs required for Authentication at MOE (Degree cert, Transcript and Waec cert.) if going for masters. Then when you are done at MOE, you proceed to MOFA where you docs will be authenticated, sign and a seal will be append on your docs. ENSURE THAT THE RIGHT OFFICER WHOM HIS SIGNATURE IS THE ONE RECOGNIZED AT THE POLISH EMBASSY IF NOT THEY WILL TURN THE PERSON BACK DURING LEGALIZATION AT THE EMBASSYSAYING THE SIGNATURE IS NOT A RECOGNISED ONE FROM THEIR SYSTEM.

The SuperLegalisation in orser words simply means now, your document has to b authenticated at both MOE and MOFA before u come to the embassy fr inteeview or apply fr visa. Another document you can use to show relationship between you and your sponsor is their ID card, Make sure you both bear thesame surname, that will do justice to that part.

It means your school wants you to legalize your credentials at the Embassy of Poland. Legalization only happens on Fridays or during your visa interview. Embassy charges €30 per document.

Good morning Blessed, please can you help me with example or sample of a well structured sponsorship letter to enable my brother who is standing as my sponsor and funded my CC in my name to draft a good sponsorship letter for my visa application/ docs submission.

Secondly, pls, what should I fill / write in the box for "(cost of travelling and living during the applicant's stay is covered by --------?), and then what options should I choose in the next box for ( means of support during your stay)? since I will b presenting only my funded CC and letter of sponsorship in no. 33 of the application form since am using a sponsor and a credit card in my name?

A sponsorship letter should have a date YES but it does not mean that you must Notarize it on the same day you typed it.

In other words I do not believe that the date the sponsor put that he/she typed the letter must match the date it was stamped by the notary .

So for example sponsor can type and date a letter on September 13th and notarize it September 15th. To me I see no problem with this.

Question: What if I am self sponsored, How can I show proof of funds ?

Answer: In my analysis, you have 3 options to show proof of funds for self sponsorship.

1. If you the applicant are a salary earner and want to self sponsor, you need to present to the embassy the following:
a) 3 most recent payslips (550k Net a month or more)
b) Confirmation letter of employment
c) Letter approving a paid leave of absence for study from your employer.
d) proof that your job will still be available upon your return to Nigeria and proof that you will continue to earn a salary while you are away for studies (these can be addressed in c )

OR

2. Open a cash backed credit card account in your name, fund it with a minimum of 5m or more. Request a certificate of credit card limit. In addition to that , Get a sponsor to write, sign and notarize a letter of sponsorship stating that they funded your credit card with the requirement amount maybe as a gift or something to that nature. (In this case u are still attaching yourself to a sponsor somehow)

OR

3. You can also do option 1 and also fund a credit card account in your name and request the certificate of credit card limit in your name.

Please note: I DO NOT recommend self sponsorship (read my previous posts I have already explained why I do not recommend it in one of my posts) but if you must do self sponsorship then I will recommend option 2.

Please as a self sponsor, regards option 2 (funding the CC), is there any other documents aside the notarize letter the sponsor I get will provide? and must my sponsor be earning 550k+? please kindly revert. Thanks

(3) If the abv (no. 2) is cool despite my sponsor not earning up to 500k monthly, please is there any other documents my sponsor will need to provide? or just the notarized letter stating he's the one that funded my cc and will refund it when it maxed out be OK?

(4) When submitting my documents at the embassy for visa, is it the originals I will submit or copies of my original documents? except for my international passport which I know they will collect and give me back when they stamp my study visa.
