kindly enlighten me on this. I listed one of my
domains on afternic and undeveloped. So, why i was doing some researches on who is, i was directed to name.com and saw that same domain for sale at a price higher than what i fixed on undeveloped and
afternic.

Name.com also stated that its a premium domain. I never registered the domain on name.com My questions are: should i be worried abt this?
Seems its the previous owner who listed it on
name.com?
Seems the previous owner didnt delete the domain on name.com. Right?

Name.com is saying the domain is a premium domain. Is it really true? And can i use that to my advantage and exercise patience and not be in a hurry to sell the domain for a peanut?

Meet or look for a lawyer in the US to take the case to court and ask for $300Million for the domain transfer to them for life,even if they agree to pay 10% and you settle all legal fees,I see no way you would not get $2Million.
Its either they agree to buy the domain name at a price you want or stop all these e-harassment.

From an objective point of view,
if your site was registered Jan 2016 and its a social network for friends and family with the name facekobo.com
then certainly, your domain name drew inspiration from Facebook.com domain name.
In that regard, they have a strong case against you.

Am sorry if have messed the country's name up. That wasn't my intention. I didn't familiarize myself with NP rules and regulations before setting up an auction. Am just working my way to be a broker and a pro domainer,though have made few mistakes along the line and am very sorry about that. I already told Eric am gonna pay for the domain and push it to the winner. All am asking for is a little time. I thought I could refuse the highest bidder's offer if the reserve was not met.But I was wrong. Am an honest guy that just happen to find himself in a very messy situation.
