Thanks bros, since last week I have been calling NIPOST customer care, all they have been telling me is that the parcel is still with Nigerian Customs Service,that they can't do anything from their own end.

Please what number did you use to reach them

Mine has been since 16th June.
I'm in Anambra.
First check your local post office to see if it's there.
If it's not just be patient.
I once spoke to a staff and he said that it depends on location and sometimes it takes over a month for nipost Lagos to send something.
It's just the poor system.

I have similar issue.
My item came in 16th.
But till date Lagos nipost hasn't sent my item to the east.
I went to the office and they said I should be patient that they like to waste time in Lagos.

Ali express rate is different from the rate Ur bank uses.
Don't trust the naira amount AliExpress displays.
Use the dollar and multiply by 494 or whatever the current bank rate is.

Similar thing happened to me, I wasted transport not knowing he went to deliver it.

They don't have enough couriers in that branch, the job is very stressful for them so they hardly pick calls.
Be patient with him, he'll bring it

Ali express rate is not always correct, calculate with Gtbs rate, I think it's 490, keep extra money in your account for the transaction to go through

[color=#0000ff] We've advised severally here that, do not use unregistered shipping if it's not something you can forget or don't trust your NIPOST office. I do buy using the unregistered shipping cuz I believe I'll get my item(s) in a reasonable time. I've never been disappointed.

I can't remember opening dispute for any of unregistered shipped order. Once my item lands in 9ja, I know I'll get called in about 3 weeks for the pickup. So, I lock up.

Again, some NIPOST offices don't notify you for pickup of unregistered mails. So, you'll need to be checking your PO, maybe fortnightly.

Reading about 'no calls from NIPOST", "it's been xx days/weeks my item landed in Nigeria" for unregistered mails is sickening.

....and people should learn to read a few pages back before asking questions. Repetition too much!!![/color]

I paid for the phone on 5th of May, it got to Singapore in 2 days. It spent a while in there. It was later moved to another country where it spent 16days. Then arrived Naija on 26th of May and I picked it up around 8am this morning

Today was the day I was told my phone is supposed to get to me. I was planning to storm Nipost Awka to carry one system there today

Fortunately, I received a message from Nipost that they've been calling me but my bad phone didn't let me see the call. They told me to tip the #700 but I gave them #500

In all, thank God I got the phone. (Redmi note 10 pro 8 gig ram)

How long? Na God get power for that matter o. The package fit come Nigeria Nipost nor go call you or the package go lost sef for road like my own waited 75 days nothing come, I just wash hand comot Singapore post and possibly xiaomi from AliExpress.
