so it might mean a different thing when I have no funding whatsoever and I have to pay for everything and my SOA is just A page and a half with the whole money ofcourse,

Hey guys a few questions,
The statement of the account I want to use despite having the required amount has very few transactions over the past year due to the fact that it was to be used for the sole purpose of studies and I should have left since August. So I just have a page and a half for a 7 month statement.
Is it good or do I go ahead to print statement for 2 years to increase the volume?

Two questions guys..

Is it needed to attach a letter of support from your sponsor when the sponsor is a parent?

Also can one add his personal account statement to proof of funds even when only the sponsors account statement covers all expenses, just to improve approval chances ?

I wrote to both of them some minutes ago, and Lagos have reply me with a form to fill "Lagos Emergency Visa Appointment Requests", but my fear the worry now is my I20 was mailed on Tuesday from my school, it has not arrived yet, also, I have not prepared at all the visa interview. So, I don't know if it is safe to go ahead and fill the form

I havent written them yet, but I buy what fairheart said, be sure youre ready yet before writting them.

I want to further my studies, Improve and develope in all ramifications. Its simple the US can offer that, so can a few other countries.
When the Benz I want is still in production or unavailable at the moment, I can do with a BMW at the moment or AUDI, pending when the Benz arrives.....who knows the Bmw might just be cooler than i thought.

This is exactly what the embassy wants: If you're not ready, do not contact them for appointment!!!
This is why they are not allowing any student to pick from the appointment website, as they know most students with far resumption date will not allow those resuming early to book. I also believe this is why they shut down the 6-day slots initially planned.
If you are not ready for interview, don't bother contact them as they will likely give you close date . When you are ready, be sure that they will give you date, even if it is in December. Right now, it should be clear to all of you that Lagos will be interviewing F1 applicants from today 9th of October.
When you are ready, they will give you a date!

Anyway, lets watch and see the outcome for todays interviwees

What else do you want them to say? There is no expedient appointment as we used to. This form of appointment is email-based. They choose a single date for you, for which you must appear for interview. Don't expect expedient as of old whereby you pick any date then they release closer date for you to pick. That one no dey this time around.

If you need a date, contact Lagos embassy. They are even online as I write this message, responding to emails very fast.
Note, this is for SPRING 2021 APPLICANTS ONLY!!!

My hard copy i-20 is still on the way, so if i request for expedited, they might just give me any date this october and i must appear?
