If I am to be totally honest, me staying with her will hugely depend on certain things i.e her being able to have kids,are we married or just BF/GF e.t.c. I love kids and would most definitely want one or two someday so if she can't have kids it is highly doubtful our relationship would last longer than a year or so(anything longer than that would be out of pity not love).However, that is not to say that I would run off immediately after the accident cuz I won't forgive myself If I ever did that.
