like i said ive only been on for a day.
i can go through all your posts and see how much you post in one day.
then compare them to mine.
just because you have 4 months to help you average out how much you post, doesnt mean i post more than you or anything like that.
see yourself, what do you know about math.
thats about 120 days to average out about 5000 posts compared to 1 day to average out about 200.
do the math yo.
it doesnt really matter the average, but how long youve had your profile and how many days you have to help average you out.
kunbee posts like CRAZY!!! all day everyday, yet she manages 1 or 2 posts a day, i think?
cause she has so many days to help her average it out.
simple maths dude.
Simple maths says I average 40 posts a day while you on the other hand averages 200 posts a day. It's a no brainer I don't post as much as you do. Finito.

It will only mean you lack the moral capacity to handle this thread or that you are the guiltiest of the war issue.

SEFAGO:
I would be ecstatic if the movie was a hit, it would go a long way to show how much culture nigeria has, and that we face all the problems of a modern nation- while reconciling the differences inherent in us- but still striving to develop and become a leading nation. But i doubt the movie would do so. I am bit happier that it is a nigerian directing the movue but he might have to bend to the will of his investors if he is going to get money.
You couldn't have said it any better. I also have my doubts about the movie but i'll have to wait & see if my doubt were unfounded
all ye people of little faith.
Nigeria has people sha, with a lot of potential.
just that most of them are given nonsensical storie lines and lines to work with.
there are some really good nollywood actors that could be in this movie.

majority of them are very local though, but there are some.
You might see as having no faith but i'll rather see as me being realistic. The bunch of hollywood wanna be's that seems to make up the majority of nollywoods actors/actresses nowadays can't act to save their lives. To put it bruntly, they are pants.
yeah its categorically has to concern white ppl b4  they come to watch it- taht is what i am trying to say so brashly. The main protoganist would have to be caucasian for it to sell, and it must show him saving the ignorant africans from their stupid civil war  angry. Just like blood diamond.

ok, i know people might cite the indian film "slum dog millionaire" but i would be surprised
Exactly. Saving private ryan is a classic example. It's a film about the invasion of normandy. An invasion in which countries like the U.S,U.K,France,Canada,Australia,Norway were involved facing the Germans. It basically in one way or another involved the Rich western countries. If the film was any good as saving private ryan was, it is guaranteed to do well in these countries(box office material).

BTW, Slum dog millionaire is not really a n 'Indian Film'. The two peeps that got the most credit(the lead actor Dev Patel & the director Danny boyle) are british.

the movie is probbaly going to be silly with a stupid plot. And why all the biafra stories anyways- who actually cares about the biafra war except of course ahem certain ppl.
That's the reason I fear this movie might not do well in the box office. I hope i'm wrong sha.
that movie was great. i loved it! with great actors too like Tom Hanks.
That's the difference. While hollywood had the likes the Hanks,Damon & Vin Diesel to call upon, nollywood has who exactly? undecided

~Oh Phuleaze!. . this will be the same British Public who keep voting for the Muppets. . Yes?

~The way i see it. . the same press that hailed him during the Audition are the same ones giving him bad press !!You & I shud know the Power the press have on People's Opinion. . None of us know the contestants well enuff to judge their characters. .we form our opinions on what we see/read . . bet if it was just seeing Danyl on the VT before each perfomance no-one will say he's Cocky!!

~People often confuse Confidence w/ Cocky. . .whatever percentage belive he's Cocky are no Exception! He cud well be Cocky but it aint no reason to single him out!
The two twats are entertaining hence the reason the public keep prolonging their stay on the show.  That has got nothing to do with talent. It is more about that 'Entertainment Factor'

Of course we all know the attitude of the good ol' british press. They praise peeps only for them to knock you down. However the public are not that gullable, they certainly can make up their own minds without external influences. Not too say they ain't influenced by what they read in the papers and other forms of the media.

Lastly I agree that there is a fine line between what we perceive as being cocky and what we see as someone being confident. On him being singled out, I think that has everything to do with the fact that the british press/public like to create villians on every show and I guess he is along with the The Twats this year's 'Pantomine Villians'

everything was graphic and real and helped you to get the real idea of WWII
it was cool.
this movie should be like that.
Don't think they'll have enough money to do that.

Omotola is fat. i saw in a movie yesterday and her lips are too big. She is not even curvy and shapely at all. Geneieve looks like your typical naija girl; stuck up and snobbish. If we were probably the only two people left in the world after some huge catastrophe (like the movie "I am Legend"wink and the future of mankind relied on us procreating, i still might (keyword being MIGHT) not want to have anything to do with her.

By the way, i wouldn't give up Jessica Alba for any of this girls ha ha ha.

So it all starts from the mindset of the individuals of the country.  If they cannot show interest and care as private citizens, they will struggle to do so as public officials.

A nation gets the govt it deserves.
