1. The major problem of election tribunal losses lies with Polling Agents. As someone who has experienced this, the polling agents of opposing parties are paid huge amount of money to allow them have their way. The agents will neither sign it nor come to the tribunal as witnesses, they will disagree, so for you to even begin to have a successful defense just start with having thorough polling agents at RACs, Wards and LG Centres.

2. The security issue must be dealt with.

3. Every other step you mentioned have been religiously followed but you see these agents and BVAS issue, INEC will continue to dance around and these same judges will not compel them to demonstrate.... It's a dog eat dog situation actually.

With that, enough of the necessary documents can be presented, and be taken as read.

Then, a Star witness (or some other major witnesses) who were at the situation-room of the party or who were at any of the Collation Centers - can then give testimonies which would both demonstrate all the necessary documents which were tendered and admitted as evidence, and at the same time link them to the case of the Petitioners.
