However what I need clarification for is this: is it ethically or legally wrong to buy a bank in distress if you are the CBN Governor, assuming you plan to follow due process?

I can still remember what happened in Onitsha during his time as the Governor. When one visited the goat sellers, they asked, do you want Okwadike (goal with goatee ) or Nwodo ( goat without goatee) Nwodo was the then Governor of Enugu state while Ezeife was the Governor of Anambra state.
I learned that Ezeife went to arrest some of the goat sellers in the market then.
