Hi People, i have tried to familiarize myself with the workings on this thread. ITA was received yesterday with CRS score of 439, and i know going forward this journey can't be traveled alone! Hope to be tapping from the experienced here. Wishing us all the realisation of our dreams to Cannyland |
My sabi mamas in the house. I was advised to try serapeptase, guifei bao and castor oil pack for uterine adhesion. I have been on it for 14 days now. Hmmmn, its like there is a waste bin in my vajayjay with the type of orisirisi thrash coming out each time i clean up when changing my guifei bao. Infact i had sex with hubby yesterday and its like the joystick dragged more out. Infact the best way to describe the substance is like soaking tissue paper in a not too clear water. Abeg am i on course? Is it doing general clean up ,or is it safe to assume the adhesion is breaking? Babydust to all |
amazing Mums in the house, good morning. Pls my HSG result indicated uterine adhesions still, been at it for 5 years and operated upon twice , pls i will like to know if there is any natural therapy that can be used to clear it.thanks Babydust @all |
i have not eaten rice in two months and feel healthier. it is the cause of obesity in many, too much carbs! |
I have been able to lose 10kg in 2 months with this keto diet, without starving and deriving amazing health benefits like improved wellness, my blood pressure was 117/78 this am, improved sleeping habit, better menstrual flow, clear and improved skin to mention a few. This just makes me feel bad for the 7 years i have struggled with my weight , starved and consumed all sorts of tea and coffee. This lifestlye is surely i will advise anyone to give a shot to attain optimal health, there is no harm in trying. Feel free to ask any questions , will be glad to help |
Midasnaturals:you are so right. there is need to control carbs intake when once desirable weight is achieved. its the carbs that brought the weight in the first place, so good carbs will need to be incorporated |

A keto diet is well known for being a low carb diet, where the body produces ketones in the liver to be used as energy. It's referred to as many different names – ketogenic diet, low carb diet, low carb high fat (LCHF), etc. When you eat something high in carbs, your body will produce glucose and insulin. I am doing this and have been able to lose 10kg of weight in 2 short months. looking for a sustainable and workable weightloss plan, come in here lets roll and get a banging , sexy body in 2017! |

Thanks so much @ all for your words of encouragement. Dh and I ve visited our Dr (who was filled with so much regret and who also cnfmed the Dec. cycle success I was previously hinted about). We have decided to try again there and we were given a huge discount (paying 400k) I have started on pregnacare conception and trying to eat right. I pray that every heart desiring a little one on this thread ll be gladdened soon, with kids that will not only be blessings to our various families but also to their generation, ameen. |

Morning mothers on this thread. I just had an experience and don't even know what to me of it. Been ttc for 5 years. I ve had 2 failed IUI. And in Dec last yr went on IVF. 8 eggs were retrieved out which 6 were okay. My doctor suggested we transfer 3 embryo cos of my history of blights ovum (it has happened twice), and freeze 3. I had my ET on day 3. Dh and I got summoned by the dr only for him to tell us that the lab guy loaded the 6 embryos and not 3. We were in a state of shock. 1. What if all the 6 sticks? 2. What if it fails, we ve no frozen embryo, hence no plan B. But as God would ve it, after going thro the torturous 2 weeks wait, I tested and it's BFN. I am working with the mindset that God rules all and it's probably isn't time yet. I have an appointment with my Dr. tomorrow. We ll like to still try out ivf again. I M confused. Do we still use this hospital. (We were 8 on this ivf cycle, 5 bfp and 3 bfn as informed by a friend there). Just painful I M not on of the bfp, though can't imagine 5 or 6 embryo sticking. Should I ask for a discount? #feelingthankful, but confused |

Good evening wonderful mummies (and daddys) on this thread. i just started an IVF cycle after 2 previous failed IUI cycles this year. I ve been placed on a 10 day 3HMG/ Buser treatment before the egg retrieval, really trusting God for the best. However i just saw after going thro some previous posts that there is a Day 3/ Day 5 embryo transfer. My plan says 3. pls is it okay, is day 5 better, do i need to suggest a change to my Dr. Thanks for the anticipated clarification. |

Ay and wife not on the list? |
wonderful mothers, good morning. I m temporarily out of this thread,by God' grace. a scan at week 10 cld not pick a cardiac activity, hence declared as a blighted ovum. I cld not even cry but very grateful to God cos it's the first time in 4yrs which confirms that it's possible and I am working with the faith that a better, viable one will happen. My concern however is how to expel the sax from my body. My Dr. Has given 2 weeks to see of the body will expel it subsequent to which he will carry out a manual vacuum extraction. Pls any hints on what I can do, or do I just go for the extraction? Thx. |
