Factional NFF president Chris Giwa is set to vacate the Glass House on Monday butis expected to take his case to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).This is in order to avoid a potential ban from Fifa which the governing body said itwould impose on Nigeria if the proprietor of Giwa FC continues to illegally parade himself as head of the country’s football.Fifa handed a final warning to the country and will make its decision today, September 8.

Giwa got more than he bargained for on Saturday when the Super Eagles lost 3-2 to visiting Congo in an Africa Cup of Nations qualifying match in Calabar.The factional leader was prevented from taking part in pre-match formalities as local politicians and other officials met and shook hands with both sets of players before the game kicked off.

It was learnt that the powers that be in Nigeria have bowed to the pressure from Fifa and asked Giwa to vacate the NFF office.Goal can authoritatively report that as from Monday the NFF office would be manned by a secretariat staff and not Giwa as it has been for the past two weeks now.

day one na wash. after writing 77ri exam which consisted of primary school questions I couldn't find my name in the final list of successful candidates, the same applies to thousands of us that wrote the exam they picked just 180 who would undergo d screening, this clearly shows the system is flawed. on the day the names were to b called 95 percent didn't hear their names, which led to some candidates agreeing to pay 100,000 naira each just to partake in the screening exercise. Adeboye4421: they have sent my schedule day and time through the phone number i used during my registration, it's on wednesday 27 @ ENVIRONMENTAL LECT THEATRE at 9:pm but it was yet to be viewed on their site, one cannot know the full info and details cos its sent through phone number instead to paste the info on their site so each everyone will log in with his/her registration number and check thier schedule day and time just like many other universities and poly did thier. Have been given my day and time but i tink the venue given was ENVIRONMENTAL LECT THEATRE or whatever, thats just how its indicated on my phone, dnt know what to take along to the exam hall please help, what are the things going to be taken along

Residents in Mushin in a new interview with Sahara Reporters, blamed the fatal night-time crashon the Nigerian police in Alakara station.


According to them, Policemen at the Alakara Police Command in the Mushinarea of Lagos State are notorious for illegal raiding, bribery, and even escapades of what some call ‘murder at night’.“I was there that night, and we did not even know at first that it was anyone (famous) like that. We were only helping to remove his body and to rescue him,” a young witness said.“What actually happened that night wasthat the policemen had stopped the cement truck at the middle of road, and of course, they could only be asking fora bribe.“

Unfortunately, the truck had no rear light, (of any kind,) and so the oncoming car was unaware of any vehicle ahead. It just rammed head on, into it from the back.“It rammed into the truck hard without holding the brakes at all, and that because the truck in its front, had no light to show anything was there.“So after we removed the body, we realized it was Da Grin, and he was groaning. They asked the truck driver to move forward and park out off of the road. They then moved Da Grin’s car afterwards so it would then look like he went to hit the truck where it parked.“We were not thinking about all these as an attempt to change the story. We were only concerned about helping the victim of an accident, and by when they finished their artificial story, the world was only waiting for Da Grin’s recovery.But news broke later that he had died atthe hospital.“
