FreeStuffsNG: NNPCL is technically exchanging its crude it sells in naira to DRL for the refined products. It makes perfect business sense to be the offtaker and marketers will now buy from it at a strategic margin. even at that, there is no excuse or justification for dangote not to annouce his own price .. how can we trust an enterprise that wrote petition against dangote for crashing the price of diesel, inferring diesel is cheap and therefore counterproductive these people have shown they dont mean well for Nigerians, there is no strategic margin the ploy is exploiting Nigerians |

Realdeals: We heard that the refinery gate price is #765/L
"Dangote Refinery will supply 25m liters daily at N765. while NNPCL will import the remaining 15 million liters. By end of October, Dangote supply will rise to 35m liters while NNPCL importation reduces to 5m." The continously importation of fuel is why Nnpc cant let dangote price hit the market for them its bad for business, But should Nnpc continue to import they retain the existing price while they sell Dangote fuel as same price, maximized profit .. the losers here are Nigerians cos Nnpc cant have two prices, we will buy dangote fuel at same price as imported Dangote has the capacity to meet Nigeria's daily demand, until we put importation on hold dangote entry bears no effect on pricing |

Men are very brutal and don't really care about the hurts of women. Most women who marry a man like this ends up regretting in the later part of their life. NNPC has been secretly dashed transferred to OVH under the guise of acquisition. whether downstream or OVH .. its all under Tinubu, name is not the problem the common factors are the problem Nnpc has never given itself to Nigerians, in fact they don't work for us, NNPC is like a brothel in service to the govt of the day Tinubu just some personalization |

lexy2014: I didn't say it's a coincidence. I asked you ....Do you think it was a coincidence?
If nnpc 897 is not the price nnpc will sell dangote fuel, how then do you still claim nnpc announced 897 to box dangote?
How dangote fix price for his fuel when he is not selling to retail marketers and nnpc has hijacked that responsibility?
Have you mounted your pressure on dangote?
Why not mount your pressure on nnpc that is a government agency but has decided to work against Nigerians? i dont believe it a coincidence, as at then a chess game was on and they came with that price to box Dangote in the sense that, Dangote determining is price will be centered around the N897 Did dangote not fix price for his diesel, however its not possible for dangote not to have a price for his fuel, as long as its not free Nnpc is buying it at a "price" Nnpc dont just want Nigerians to know the true price, so they can keep milking the nation dry, they might even claim they are subsidizing dangote fuel for us |

lexy2014: Nnpc fixed at N897 about 24 hours before dangote announced production of fuel.
Do you think it was a coincidence?
That's why dangote with his announcement of production could not announce price.
Nnpc wants to run the entire show cos if it allows dangote fix price, it will burst their lies about how much they have been spending on subsidy with the phantom "landing cost". With dangote now producing, it removes every justification for fuel importation.
How will they now steal? its not a question of coincidence,q what Nnpc did then was to box dangote, anything is possible in this shithole but N897 cant be dangote price ... If Nigerians allow it then we are the dumbiest people alive Ofcus, Nnpc is doing everything possible to enforce secrecy and ensure they cover their tracks .. what Nigerians can do at this time is mount pressure on Dangote, rain blames on dangote, cos he is the weak link dangote cant stand the heat of the people he will mostly like open up, if we sit n watch Nnpc will sell Nigeria one day |

Ojuntana: I hope all those dumb Aghadorians can now see that it's NNPCL that's been lying all along out of hate and envy for Dangote refinery. The plan has always been what Dangote said. Give them Nigeria's domestic crude allocation to be paid for in naira and get petrol for NNPCL to be paid for in naira as well. The other products will have margins determined by the market and Dangote is free to sell to anyone including international market as gain. This is a win- win move for Nigeria and the economy and I do not understand why NNPCL was grandstanding and causing unnecessary tension in the country with their lies. Kyari needs to be sacked. That he's still there till now is a wonder I can't fathom. NNPCL's corporate behaviour has been nothing short of scandalous under him. The part I don't get from Edun's speech is associated fees for NPA and NIMASA. What fees are those? Are we making use of ports or waterways in transporting and loading Dangote fuel? I hope this is not chop for the boys. Maybe a win win for Dangote & Nnpc, Bro we dont know the price yet and from all indication this people are tying to foil any transparency around price determination The open petition written by the importer of diesel to the presidency wailing that Diesel is cheap is an eye opener that Nnpc wont let dangote crash fuel the purposely impose themselves as sole distributor so they can keep dangote on a leash, as time go Nnpc will claim they are subsidizing Dangote to ensure the looting regime never ends it is not a Win for Nigerians until NNPc hands off and let true market forces determine the price, if Dangote cant announce his price then we are on a long thing |

Police does not resolve marital issues, their role is to maintain peace between the warring couple while issues are being sorted out but any of them whey wan prove craze is taken of and when any is perceived as an aggressor, the Police knows how to pour "cold water " on that person.
Just there are toxic people who are married, there are also well adjusted humans, who also are. I knew Dangote was playing the emotional game when he presented his transparent petrol in a bottle because every petrol is actually transparent at the time of refining but was dyed to give it that colour. Dye and odour are usually added to most liquids that come out looking like water. this is done to prevent humans from accidentally swallowing the dangerous fluids.
Petrol from Dangote refinery must be dyed as that is an international regulation and there is no amount of emotional blackmail that will exempt him from dying his own petrol too. i cant believe any sane person will pick side with an enterprise that owns four refinery and cant even revive one to work, An enterprise that declared profit and after days declare they are owing 6.6billion debt some of you are very sick i swear |

Those with null Knowledge about everything would attack this Expert and tell us how the FG is tryna sabotage Dangote, but the truth is...
Judging by the recent statements from IPMAN and NNPC, its obvious that Dangote is playing an Hanky-Panky game of setting everybody up against each other, while using the emotional blackmailing tactics to win the masses to his side and still use their sympathy to fix PMS at a high price
Dangote has reached out to everyone one, yet he still hasnt make his price known during the process if FG is not trying to sabotage Dangote why creat artificial scarcity and hike pump price just when dangote was ready to roll out fuel ,Did NNPC not libel dangote fuel inferior , did Nnpc not renege on shares agreement Asides NNPC widely spread landing cost, any credible verification, considering NNpc antecedence can NNPC be trusted Is it not ridiculous that NNPC that could not operate it own four refineries is giving dangote condition to oversea its operation The news that broke out that major oil importers wrote to the president that dangote crashing the diesel price is counter productive and not favourable to them is enough hint NNPC is the enemy of Nigerians. NNPC insisting to have staffs in Dangote office reeks of a trojan horse strategy an attempt to either cover there tracks or distabilize dangote from inside Dangote crashed diesel to 900 who needs hanky panky |

nairalanda1: Chicken and egg again.
Their government can create the enabling environment because....TAXES...which bring in .....REVENUE
Not like NIgeria. You cannot create enabling environment on a budget of 18 bn dollars, when we need at least 10 billion dollars of annual investment in the power sector to pay for 24 hour power
See the problem? But like most of you daft on this site....you miss the wodds for the trees.
SO MY SUPPORTING SUBSIDY REMOVAL MEANS I SUPPORT GOVERNMENT WASTE SPENDING?
You are a daft person, old chap. One can support sane economic policies, but also can call what tinubu is doing on yachit and plane and new cars for the senators wrong and rubbish
Seriously, grow up son.
Chicken and egg argument. America has good power, because at the end of the day, they pay high tariff, and their power sector makes a profit, which means they can attract investment
NIgeria? We pay too low for power, even now less than 20% of the consumers pay for power at market price, while the rest pay loss making subsides.
And what the power sector earns is not up to the 10 billion dollars annual investment needed, even if government pays all its obligations.
And you expect power under these circumstances?
Seriously, ye are daft.
.
1. You pay high tax because you are part of the 30% that pays taxes...70% of NIgerians do not pay tax to state or federal government
2, Hospitals are heavily subsidised, which means they cannot make a profit, which means they cannot expand facilites and do all the nice things hospitals do
Plus, budget for health is less than 3 billion dollars. In countries where things work, healthcare budgets start at 50 billion, even 100 billion.
3. Same for education
4. In addition, we have bad roads because over 2 decades ago, we stopped tolling them. BIG EFFING MISTAKE. South Africa has decent roads...because they toll them
Agreed, and it gets worse if the money is not enough in the first place. You sound as though you know but you dont know shit .. Govt they say is continuity .. govt cant creat an enabling ground under one what happens to continuity approach but are these criminals in govt even ready to do anything asides looting nite & day Can 18 billion budget build a coastal road , but the govt embarked on it cos development are long term project. Here you are talking about the power sector, in 2021 govt intervention fund expended # 1.7 trillion, in 2022 alone #1.3 trillion ... despite all these huge amount Nigeria never surpass 5000megawatt, Thank God dangote built a refinery, govt apologist like you would have told us we dont have the money even when its public knowledge money spent on our refineries repair in the last 20yrs is enough to build two dangote like refinery .. That you support the govt subsidy removal shows how naive you are, or does your discretion not tell you subsidy is stil on but these in an illicit mode ... is that the govt you support .. shame on you Mumu subsidizing does negate profit, what subsidy means is govt pay up a % of what the citizens would incured, and these measure is wildly practice in developed countries ... govt hospitals are not well maintained and upgraded cos of corruption.. You are so full of shit, we have so much bad roads in Nigeria cos of corruption, most of these roads are being budgeted for but along the way funds are looted, in as much as Corruption is deeply rooted in our govt, No amount of Tax or revenue can amount to development .. no matter how the water tap rushes or multiple hoses you direct to a basket .. naa waste Do you remember excess crude savings, the governors dragged FG to court nd shared that money ... today what do they have to show where is all the savings from subsidy is gone, any gain .... looking back with the state of the nation, 8yrs of sacrificing under buhari what did we gain .. na Ogun go kill all una children |

Now the Police are dissociating from him, because that's isn't what the force stands for. i thought you said it is fake news, and the man never said anything like that According to the video their is nothing the man said that promotes domestic violence or abuse, by mere discretion the man is only trying to ward off frivolous reports which is mostly the case, if physical abuses was on the rise the news would have broke out from the authorities You guyz have to make these solely about physical abuse cos that the only angle you get a point, we all saw how a woman tore her husband passport here in naija airport imagine what that kind of woman would have done abroad, yet naa dem sabi call police pass Acrimony movie comes to mind

Ask the women whose husbands don’t threaten them, hit them and don’t abuse them how many times they’ve called police on their men. Zero.
It’s not hard at all. Why would any woman want her loving sugar husband to be taken by the police? If it doesn’t follow common sense deductive reasoning, then you need to question it.
That’s all I’m saying. lemme ask, is marital issues only pertinent to Nigerians, does it mean other nationals in uk married dont have issues or dont know how to dial police.
