Please who has taken his/her psychometric test?

Nestle Assessment center, my experience.

Firstly, we were given a case study of a pharmaceutical company who wanted to know if the attitude and performance of its workforce was the reason for its stunted growth. It employed a consulting group to take a survey. The consultant did a survey and came out with results and recommendation.
We were asked to evaluate the recommendation and prepare a power point that that we will present to the Board of directors of the pharmaceutical company with our conclusion from the evaluation.
This exercise took one hour, your phone must be switched off, you don't talk to anyone, just you and the PowerPoint in your computer.

Second exercise, we were shared into a group of 4, some were 5. Each sets were sent to different rooms. We had a set of assessors 6-8 also in each room. We were given 4 different case studies. We were to read it without talking to each other for 10 mins and for the next 30 mins we were to discuss it and reach to a common conclusion.
For this exercise, the assessors didn't ask us question. They just sat there watching us read and discuss while they pen things down.

Next we were carried to their kitchen where we were served breakfast, this took 30 mins.

Third exercise, after breakfast, we were taken to different rooms. One person per four assessors, we were ask to present with the power points we made in the first exercise, assuming our assessors were the Board of directors of the pharmaceutical company. We were not given the paper we read the question from, we were to use only our PowerPoint.
You are to present for 5 mins and the next 15 mins were used to ask questions on your conclusion, your thoughts, your observance, and why you made that conclusion.

Last exercise for the day, First Interview, we were taken to another room for the interview. In each room, one person for 2-4 interviewers.
This is a competency based interview. They want to know if you know your stuffs and the company, so come prepared

After this, take your package and go home.
Package = Jollof rice and chicken, fried rice and fish, small chops, mineral and table water.

I only saw the scores for games but that of the assessment test wasn't shown. For that of games, for every selection of a wrong answer, there was a reduction in the score obtained

Why would I be lying? Have you gotten information from everyone who wrote the assessment? If no, how did you arrive at the conclusion that I was the only? I was actually thinking everyone else got the score too, now I'm surprised how some are claiming they didn't see theirs.

I didn't say you lied. Lying and whining are two different things. Oh well, I haven't. No pb sha

Your score was shown at the end of the assessment. You can know how you perform from there

I really really want to scale through. But I won't be surprised if I don't cos the test was difficult. I mean, I tried the practice question (numerical) and out of 8 questions, I could not answer one correctly. For the main work, it was mainly guess work. Na wa. Shl is really tough for me

I just wrote the exam with a neighbor's laptop and he told me that he installed web cam in his laptop. Pls do you think PwC wud have permitted me to access the exam if I had no web cam in the system? Or do they allow candidates to write exam whether there's web cam or not then later disqualify you?

Did you carry out a system check via the email they sent to you?
Since you've written the test, there's no reason to worry cos it can't change anything at this point. Just hope for the best

you know what's funny? The reverse was the case for me. Wished I used a phone because I could not scroll down with my laptop. Nonetheless, I'm hoping for the best

also is it true DAT those who applied through roleplay career firm fir the access bnk entry level are contract staff and will not receive full salary as those that applied directly to access Also are we are same as those presently in training school. The reason I asked is that in roleplay portal dey say I will undergo 3month class training and 3 month on the job training. Which I don't know whether those presently in training school will undergo such. Or their normal 4 month. Someone should clarify pls

I lost my dad few years ago due to complications of difficulty in breathing. After he died, I started having breathing issues but mine was somewhat different. I always smell a perfume or powder out of nowhere that feels like something is holding my breath or pressing my nose trying to deny me oxygen. I stopped having or experiencing such episodes but today I smelled powder out of nowhere that affected my breath. Has anyone experienced this before? What is really wrong with me?
