reduce the intake of salt, and maggi in the foods you prepare, and drink plenty of water everyday for several months.

high calcium oxalate is indicative of kidney stones and they are result of too much intake of salt or maggi or indomie seasonings which contain salts too, or indicative of little water intake.

Can anyone explain how Ayo & Test Assessify are able to somehow screen out applications without any provisions made for any of the following;

- CV/resume
- Cover Letter
- Links to profiles on other platforms e.g LinkedIn
- any other supporting document.

How can you conduct a "Tech Recruitment" without actually going through any form of assessment, coding challenge or review of qualifications?
People just fill a form and somehow you have "candidates you cannot move forward with their application"?
