There's a guy that always threatens to fight me in my hood because I'm a that does not fight and he feels he can beat me which I'm sure he cannot. Well, i just got a call from someone, that knows someone in the NYSC HQ, he said and i quote " The unauthorized call up letter is very real, and most PCMs will get the same state when the authorized CUL is ready, however, some PCMs state of deployment will be changed just to cover their inefficiencies". i hope they change mine.

The thing is of your call up number changed, then you will get another state, but if it remains the same, it simply means you can start preparing for the state on the supposed unauthorized letter.
