Dikwons: Wearing trousers is not a sin. The bible really did say women should not wear what partains to a man and vice-versa, so do not put on a man's clothing e.g Mary should not wear James cloth.

As for make-up, it all depends on ur intent. Make up is supposed to be worn to look good just as you use body cream for supple skin, hair cream for radiant hair etc.
