(a tale of a lady's story) written by buchi
My name is ifenyinwa but my friends call me IFY, am a little
bit gentle and shy but straightforward. Naturally I know God
blessed me with beauty ,no day passed by that at least 2 guys
don’t make pass at me anytime I go out. I am what Igbo people
call AKWANNWA or OMALICHA because am so beautiful.
During my days in the university I turned all the offers made
to me by guys to date me, but one of them caught my attention
because I felt he was reserved and was a kind of guy I could
date. He was calm, collected and possessed most qualities a
woman like me dream off. To me being so beautiful like me I
felt I can’t jump into the arms of any guy, am most selective.
His name was Philip, he was the only guy that asked me out
that I agreed to date in the university, though it took 2 years
for me to accept his offer. He started asking me out during our
registration in 100level, I got to accept his offer when we were
in second semester 300level .
We started dating but no sex till our wedding night, that was
our agreement. We became the envy of couple around us and
even in school.
We graduated together, unfortunately I was posted to bwari
in Abuja for my NYSC. Philip was posted to IMO State. Of
course Philip’s parents were well to do and they also live in
Abuja so he requested I stay with his parents in maitama, at
least to keep them warm as his two sisters who visited from the
States had gone back. I agreed. His parents gave me a car to go
around with and to work because the journey from maitama to
bwari is a beat far. They made me feel at home and comfortable
with them as their son’s wife to be.
My first day at my post was awesome because I was posted to
a local hospital as a youth copper and a medical lab scientist to
that hospital. I met this guy called chinedu because he caught
my attention, not because he was so cute or handsome but
because he was entertaining, funny and sweet. He was a
secondary school dropout, 30years of age, a little beat average
in height and a mortuary attendant in the hospital. He was not
so fluent in English, he manages to communicate well in
vernacular {pidgin English}. Chinedu was so jovial and
friendly that barely 30minutes we knew each other and talked
it looked as if we have known each other for ages because he
was a good talker and he also knows how to sweet talk people.
The next morning chinedu came to my office, he cracked me
up with his silly jokes that I almost laughed my head off,
even when I was sad when I came to work due to the traffic
jam I experienced when I was coming to work earlier, after
those jokes I even forgot that I was angry.
It happened for over 2 weeks that chinedu will come to my
office to keep me company when he’s not working or busy and
am free.

I saw this on FB this morning and after reading it I decided to share
My girlfriend and I have dated for two years now and for the period we have been together, she has NEVER said no to my sexual advances, as in never. She gives me her body at will and never hesitates. Last Sunday in Church my Pastor while preaching said that a woman who really loves you and would be faithful in marriage would not give you her body at all while you are dating and if at all she gives it to you, it would be after a "battle".

Now am having a rethink because even me sef am wondering "why would she not ever say no to giving me her body? Does she respect her body at all or is it blind love? Would she be ever faithful? Is my Pastor right?
