Highbros: desktop manager does not connect with blackberry.net as the APN when using MTN. Get your facts right.Get blackberry deskktop manager V5.0. It'll work with it. That's what I'm using. Thanks |

gafmod: @chikebrain,am on GLO BIS data plan kindly mail me on how to browse unlimited with the 'VPN' @ teeflyin@gmail.com.Glo don't need VPN, just configure your modem with the following settings APN: blackberry.net Username: flat Password: flat Click on connect and you should start browsing. (Note that Glo gives 3GB so its therefore not unlimited). This tweak can be used on your Iphones, andriods, symbians, windows et al phones. Thanks |

maxibrainz: so you don't need to do any configuration on your browser when using the Airtel and what are the codes to subscribe BIS when using Airtel. TanxYou dont need any configuration on your browser. Just Plug and Play and you are ready to browse ( Note that they give only 1GB) To subscribe, load N1200 and dial *440*4#. Thats all Boss. Thanks |

Their servers are reliable (The question you should ask is how reliable MTN 3G network is in your area) 2. I use Just one server because i rarely change servers 3. Browsing on PC with Glo BIs is relatively very easy. All you need to do is to subscribe to a GLO BIS data plan and then configure your modem with the following APN: blackberry.net Username: web or flat Password: web or flat And VOILA!! you are good to go to browse with your BIS.
