Enrolled in a gym, at least 2hrs strong workout daily, eliminated sugar, flour and junk, ignored the lack of progress at times and kept at it, i was coming from a terrible place and had a goal to look forward to, before i knew it i got my groove back.

Trust me i know it's not easy but it's doable, i should know because i was that girl.

It was hard but she persevered, she took over her dads dormant business while pursuing her programming, she made new friends, she accepted some old friends back who where worth it but stayed away from any bad influence, today she is 26yrs, weighing 69kg, great friends, wonderful loving personal life, has 2 PR's to choose from, a blazing career and business, God restored to her all that the locust had eaten, he can do the same for anyone struggling, we live in a country where everything is deemed "spiritual problems" that needs deliverance but sometimes we just need a listening ear and a helping hand, and developed countries have AA meetings to help with a community of like situations but if you don't have anyone to help you on the journey remember you have God and he will never let you down.

She was ready to change,
PS- This wasn't the first trial on breaking the chains of addiction but it was going to be the last.
She deleted all betting avenues, cut of from all betting friends, enrolled in a gym, resigned from work to focus on her IT passion, revamped her dads office to make use off, cleared her mind of all hurts retained towards her ex, forgave everyone who ever laughed at her when she was down, forgave everyone who couldn't understand the pain and finally let go of her shame & let go of her many losses, she was done hiding.

As the story unfolded her addiction grew to include food, yes food addiction is real and a thing, now she was in a more terrible place, she blew up to 120kg, lost her savings, ate away her salary, cut of from her friends, lost the respect of everyone who once held her in high esteem, worse off her bf of many years was so irritated by her weight gain and seemingly unpurposeful life and left, never even tried to walk in her shoes or offer any kind of emotional help((good riddance), all these happened within a space of 3yrs 10mths and 3weeks, she was about turning 25 and she realized that no one can help her except her, her destiny is in Gods hands, and the most bitter truth that she would NEVER become rich via gambling.
