As diesel skyrocketed to almost #700/litre, I ported back to petrol which is now available.
Only for car to start misbehaving especially loosing power on acceleration..

Got my tools set, opened the gas tank and found this.
Replaced it and I'm sure it ends there.

I'm suspecting 3 weeks of bad fuel and the fuel filter has done its job perfectly.


P.S I would have replaced the fuel pump assay but I have never experienced hard start and this power loss on acceleration last for seconds, afterwhich all becomes fine.

I noticed something with these Suzuki Alto that Move/Uber just gave out, I'm wondering what exactly the issue is.

But don't expect 5.0 rated rider to act normal ooo. Them fit don leave the pick up location and na their rebound request u receive.

Last two week, we got 3 ehailing vehicle (2 corolla and one camry 2.2) to ilorin, with my own corolla and a friend 2009 civic for a wedding.

We have 5 vehicle in our convoy, only one of the corolla could get to ilorin and the said corolla could not returned to Lagos on sunday. It finally stopped somewhere around ogbomoso... The civic and my corolla returned.

Most of the vehicles on ehailing now are just scrap, only good for "within lagos"...Once you fire down its a problem.

Please do not accept any out of lagos trip if you're not sure of your car...I dey drive everyday for lagos is not ENOUGH!

Nothing concern catalyst and fuel consumption.
Most Dana spec kia rio and hyundai accent don't come with catalysts. But they are very fuel efficient.

No alternative to 5w20 synthetic oil. It lasts for at least 10,000km. Do the mathematics and you will see that you can actually afford it..
