Romance / The ladies pleasure spot. Real Or Illusion? By Nature's Eden by chinene1(f): 11:14am On May 05, 2017
I will be spelling it as Gee-Spot cos of Nairalands rules. The Gee-spot has since the 1940s been a hot topic for sex scientists because many people are not sure that the Gee-spot exists. The center of gravity is basically (for those who believe in its existence) a super sensitive area found inside the from t wall of the vagina.

It is believed that when simulated it can bring about orgasm quicker than just penetrative intimacy. So why is it special? Well the orgasm that comes from a Gee-spot stimulation is different from that of a clitoris stimulation. For those that have experienced it, it is described as a feeling of deep melting love that women love so much.

Not every woman believes there is something called the Gee-spot. According to research, some women experience an off the wall reaction when their Gee-spot is stimulated while others say the feel nothing. So the question is, are their partners stimulating the right place?
Let’s take a look at another diagram that shows just where the Gee-spot is meant to be

Ladies, you can also feel around yourself so you know what to tell your partner the next time you guys get down. LOL.
Inside the vagina, there is a small patch of ridged, knobbly tissue about 2 1/2 - 5 cms. It’s on the front wall of the vagina, so if you're lying on your back and you can feel it with your fingers, they would be pointing up to the ceiling rather than down to the floor. You should also notice a rougher patch of skin in comparison to the smooth areas wither side - bingo! You've found it.

So guys and ladies, next time you decide to get down with your partner, make sure you experiment with the Gee-SPOT.

Food / Food For Better Intimacy? Take A Look! By Nature's Eden by chinene1(f): 10:55am On May 05, 2017
It’s your weekend away from family and friends. Just the two of you want to spend some much needed alone time. You are really prepared for a night of loving and yeah, amazing sex but wait are you really ready? What you eat directly influences your hormones which in turn affect your brain chemistry which affects your moods. Just as there are foods that comfort you or relax you, there are also foods that put you in the mood for some very romantic love making or just hot steaming sex.
Let’s take a little trip to the chemistry lab. Now there are some foods that are known to be a natural aphrodisiac (pheromone for sex that puts you in the mood) while others increase the blood flow to the penis. It is important to choose only natural foods with aphrodisiac properties because they rarely have side effects.

I will only be listing foods that can be readily available in Nigeria. Here are some foods that once consumed can increase your sexuality, sex drive and also put you and your partner in the mood.

DARK CHOCOLATE.
This is popularity known as a comfort food, used to satisfy a sweet tooth and also used as a mood enhancer. A bar of chocolate contains Anandamide which makes you feel sexually aroused and also Phenylethylamine (PEA) which releases dopamine hormone in the pleasure centers of the brain. Dopamine release is associated with excitement, attraction and a feeling of ecstasy. So when you need to get in the mood, grab a bar of chocolate.

GARLIC AND GINGER.
In some cultures, minors are not allowed to eat this hot and pungent herbs not because it may cause them to have garlic breath but because it is a well know natural aphrodisiac. Garlic and ginger aid in blood circulation and increase flow of blood to the genitals. So Include garlic in your meal as seasoning or sauce and feel yourself get turned on.

AVOCADOS
This allows couples have healthy sexual functions. Its monosaturated fats, minerals, and vitamin B6 give you an energy boost that allows you stay active in bed longer and the omega 3 fatty acids elevate your mood for sex in a natural way.

HONEY
Have you tried licking honey off your partner during sex? Well here is another reason to include honey to your bedroom play. Honey is rich in boron which is important for the metabolism of the lead hormone for female sexual function estrogen. It is also known to boost the libido levels of men and women.

SPINACH
One of the most beloved greens is not left out when it comes to making sex more pleasurable. Spinach contains magnesium which decreases inflammation of blood vessels increasing blood flow which in turns makes erections come more naturally and lovemaking more pleasurable.

Health / Five Common Food That Fight Aging By Nature's Eden. by chinene1(f): 9:48am On May 05, 2017
Aging is something that everyone who grows old must undergo. It is a natural process that happens and is seen over time. A lot of factors contribute to the aging process and even though there are disagreements on the right combination of factors that causes aging, everyone has the desire to age gracefully.
Now, most people focus on either eating to lose weight or stay healthy or build muscle mass etc, we rarely see people who focus on eating to slow down aging. The good news is you need not go through a rigorous diet. All you need to do is include the following list of foods in your daily diet. Once you can achieve that, you are sure to age gracefully and beautifully.

FOODS RICH IN VITAMIN C
It has been documented that women who take more vitamin C have fewer wrinkles and less dry skin. Vitamin C is an antioxidant that deletes free radicals -unstable atoms and molecules in the body that harm the cells. So what's the best way to get your dose of vitamin C? have an orange a day with breakfast. You can also include a diet of tomatoes, red pepper, yellow pepper, melon, strawberries and other citrus fruits in your everyday meal.

PROTEINS
Eat proteins. Studies show that women who eat less protein have more wrinkles. This is because your body constantly breakdown collagen and protein which then causes the skin to fold itself. Having enough protein ensures you have enough collagen. So you need to eat egg whites, fish like tuna and skinless poultry.

FATTY FISH.
Hold on, did you say fat? Yes, Fat! Sea food like tuna and salmon provides omega 3 fatty acids that fight against sun damage, protecting you against sun burns and skin cancer. So make sure you have on your plate tuna, salmon, mackerel, herring, sardines, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, tofu and canola oils.

WHOLE GRAINS
UV rays injure the skin and whole grains is a good source of selenium that protects the skin from damages caused by exposure to UV rays. Good source of selenium includes brown rice, oatmeal, barley and whole wheat. These provide you the needed quantity daily without adding calories. Beef, eggs, turkey, tuna and sardines are also a good source of selenium.

DD COLOR TO YOUR PLATE
Did you know adding color to your meal help reduce aging? The yellow, orange and red pigments found in fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices assist in destroying free radicals. so pile on tomato sauces and tomato paste on your plate. Eat orange tinted vegetables and fruits like carrot, apricots, sweet potato and dark green vegetables like spinach and include a few pinch of parsley.

FOODS THAT SPEED UP AGING
As a bonus, here are foods that speed up the aging process. Sugar, saturated fat, alcohol are some of the foods that speed up aging. Take as little as possible and ensure you add the above foods to your diet.

Thanks. I must say combining business and work is not easy. I find I am at work and also at the shop cos my sales girl can call to ask questions for Africa! This is her first month so hopefully it will reduce as time goes on.

It looks so nice and well arranged. I run a cosmetics shop too. I started last yr and the shop was located @ Ketu, sales wasn't as I expected so I decided to move to another area. I am now @ agric, Ikorodu. I re-opened on Monday. I sell creams and lotions too. Nt mainly make up products. Best of luck to you and me too.

Thanks dear. One thing I've noticed in my area is that people are more interested in buying wholesale. Mostly nails, lashes, nail paints etc. So I've ordered for more stuff to sell in wholesale. I guess I will need to rethink the retail stuff soon.
Wishes us the very best.

Hey everyone. I am super excited! I am yet to get my roll up banner and signs but I am officially opened!

One thing I found out is that you don't have to limit yourself to a shop. I started selling to my friends, family and colleagues before the opening. I also intend to visit or send my sales girl with my complementary card, saloons and places where ladies paint nails and fix lashes and market to them.

See pictures below. It may look a little dusty because I took them while arranging the goods.
Will also be getting more stuff by end of next week.

Car Talk / Re: Dear Men, Do Share Your Experiences Of Good Female Drivers You Have Ever Seen by chinene1(f): 3:02pm On Feb 23, 2017
Kjnwancaro:

Yea ma. So how many women are Auto mechanics or car racers and all those things you mentioned smiley? If it happens then it gets on the news. The topic of this debate is driving which is our ability to make quick decisions to emergencies like avoid being hit, hitting someone or crashing all together I do not need to start explaining to you that women are soft, they get frighten at the slightest thought of crashing, this will make them slow because their mind is already troubled from a possible miscalculation. The mind plays the biggest role in driving then you need to believe in your calculation, this has been ruled out in most women because they panic too much.

If there's anyone to underestimate the power of a woman it would not be me because I have seen. Like I said there are a lot of badass female drivers but IF we want to generalize then I don't think they can really drive.

I slow down not because am scared of crashing but because I don't want to have to fix my car or that of someone else, don't want to have to spend money on hospital bills and don't need the drama. It's not the mind that should rule your driving skills, it's the brain! Just like it's the mind that makes people commit crimes and not their brains. If they think with their brains, they would know how to act better.

Did I read correctly? Women tend to be slow in making decisions? I wonder if you would have the balls to tell you mother, wife or daughter that!
We have women race car drivers, women mechanics, women engineers, astronauts, recognized scientists, deep sea divers, mountain climbers, stunts women, Olympic medalist etc. I am sure most of these need people who can make quick decisions. Women even excel more at being doctors and medical emergency personnel. Why? Because we are good at multitasking, thinking in our feet and placing others first. If we can have women excelling in all these 'men' areas then I sure as heck know women are very good drivers. I can go as far to say some are better than most male drivers. It's not about who can drive at the highest speed or who can over take like James Bond. It about who can drive with caution so as to avoid accidents.

They are looking for your type in Saudi Arabia. I am sure they will appreciate your thoughts towards the capability of women.

Kjnwancaro:
If we're generalizing, women can't really stand all the emergencies that comes with driving but I have seen some badass female drivers me sef comot cap.

Women tend to be slow, not just the speed but In decision making.

And who made you God's head of Operations? Don't use the women around you to judge others. I feel like giving you a one way ticket to Saudi Arabia. Your ideas fall in line with theirs.

Why do men think ladies don't know about the cars we drive. I for one listen to every little sound my car makes. My mechanic can attest to this. He always tells me I take care of my car more than some men do. My first car taught me how to speak car language. Lol. So when I got a new one I learnt to listen to my car and Google became a good research tool so also the nairaland car talk section. I knew when my battery was about to pack up and bought one to replace it myself. I knew when my silencer was licking because of the sound it made and the fuel consumption. I knew when my power steering hose had a lick (still does but I top up with power steering fluid when I notice it's running low). My first car thought me to listen and I learnt and am still learning a lot.

Just because am a lady does not mean I can't drive and maintain a car like a man would.

Hi guys, am almost there! Putting finishing touches to m shop. Went makeup shopping last week. I decided to visit the Trade fair complex in Lagos. Believe me when I tell you. Things were amazingly cheap with so much to choose from. I bought most of the makeup from Opposite Delta Plaza at the trade fair. Shop 32b I think.

I bought brands such as Milani, Mac, Sleek, Nyx, L'oreal, Iman, and some new brands like YMY, So Black, Jose and Lake Me. I also included make up applicators, face wipes, nail paints, artificial lashes and nails. I brought from powder to foundation, liners, mascara, lipstick and lip gloss and do much more.

I didn't buy brands such as Mary Kay, black Opal etc. I was told that there are too much imitation in the market and my contact didn't stock those brands.

On affordability, let's just say I tested the grounds with 200k and came back with a boot full of makeup. Won't be surprised if I make double of that from sales.

I am building three glass shelves for my shop and the products I have now will fill them up nicely.

In the process of costing all I bought so I can mark up the price.

My advice to you if you are going to buy at trade fair is to have a contact there, go straight to the makeup section. Go with a notebook and pen.

The seller and I made a list of all the various types of makeup brands, the number of items in each pack and the cost. From this I was able to decide which to buy more. Also I listened to his advice on what's trending which helped me buy better. After all if I sell well, it's added business for him cos I will be back to buy more.

That's what I have so far.

Hello all, I am a fresh graduate of uniben and I just collected my weekly contribution(commonly called ajó). The money is actually 105k, but am really confused on what to start up with the money.

Any business idea is welcomed either online or offline.

First off please don't join any ponzi or money doubling scheme. Don't expose yourself to possible fraudsters and don't travel to meet anyone you can't verify.

Next, how soon do you want to start turning profit? If you go into agricultural produce then you may need to wait some weeks or months to start making some profit. This is not bad but can you manage till then?

If you intend to start making profit soon then I suggest you think towards the line of selling fast consumable goods and fashion items online since you can't get a shop with that amount. Are you close to a market? If you don't mind doing a little street selling you could start up something in front of your house like selling used t-shirts, new boxers, singlet or stuff like that. Once you can save enough money, you can venture into something bigger.

The problem with some Nigerians is greed. How can you see a listing telling you to buy a recent tokunbo highlander for hundreds of Naira instead of millions that it's worth and then you think it's real? If a listing tells you to rent an apartment in Lekki for 100,000 won't you know it's scam?

If you get scammed like that, please that's your fault.

If you don't mind, would like to have an idea of how much you got the Solara...am thinking of getting one. Also, what's your experience with been like so far? Thanks!

Honestly, for a good Nigerian used Solara you will be looking from 500k. Mine was a bit more expensive cos it came with up to date papers, and then it had no issues with engine or gear or tires. It had also never been in an accident. I just worked on the body and did oil change and gear servicing and changed the battery. The guy I bought it from wanted to upgrade.

It's been very cool. Just normal maintained stuff. But you need to keep in mind that Solara is a low car so you need to be wary of driving through pot holes and bad roads.
It's easy on the hand too. If you are lucky, your may come with some driver assist feature.
Please go with a mechanic you can trust. Not someone who will convince you to buy a car for more than its worth and get a cut from the money.
Hope this helps.

are u saying those toyota corolla they tag 500k at jiji are real?

Some of them (Naija used) are real but then you need to consider that the car may not be as clean as advertised hence the need for physical inspection.
In my search for another car, I inspected over 7 cars and only 2 lied about the condition of the car. I ended up buying one of the 5 and haven't regretted my decision.
