my sister plans to apply for the uk student visa on the 4th of August
which is on Monday here

Her documents are ready
the person sposoring her is her former employer
where she did her one year Industrial attachment she got her admission on the
4th of April, before she got this admission we had already applied for a family

visitors visa which was later granted on the 11th of April so she travelled on the

2nd of May while she was over in the UK her employer sent a letter of approval

agreeing to sponsor her education and covering all other expenses thaat might be

involved on a condition that she would sign a bond stating that she would serve the

company for a period of 3years after her studies abroad.


so she had to come back to sign the agreement immediately d signing of the bond was

done d company transferred the required deposit of her school fees to the school
to cut a long story short

she was back in the UK 2WEEKS later just to hasten the process of getting her

documents e.g deposit receipt and accomodation and was bback to Nigeria on the 27th

of July.

So now she is ready to submit her application by Monday
Here are the documents we have available


Letter from the company accepting her as an IT STUDENT

Letter from the company accepting to sponsor her education

Then the agreement bond where she agreed to serve d company after her education

A reference letter from the company adressed to the embassy stating that they have agreed to sponsor her education

A letter of approval from my dad stating that he has agreed to send his daughter abroad for higher studies

Company's statement of account foreign and local account

My dad is thinking of adding some other documents like his own statement of account,properties he owns etc


I just want you guys to advice, and telll me what are her chances of getting this student visa moreover her visit visa is still valid.
And also what are the other documeents you think we should add to this application
and also how long would it take for the embassy to reply her


Lest i forget she is going for a Postgraduate program.


Pls would appreciate ur prompt response as she is to submit this application on Monday
