On 28 May- I Responded to NSE request with letter of explanation sent through my GCKEY not webform. I attached my masters transcript and highlighted where it was written that English is the means of communication and instruction. I tried to convince them in the letter that I am proficient in English and all my education prom primary to masters has been in English. However, I attached proof of registration for IELTS to be written on 18 August. I registered for the IELTS not for study visa but because I intend to apply for PR through EE shortly after I land Canada (the Goal is to become a Citizen before completing PhD). I did not submit submit MBS but attached my funding letter and told them that my studies will be sponsored by the University.

On 23 June, I got scared that my visa may be rejected due to financial reasons and sent MBS through webform. I did not send it earlier because my account balance was less than 400k. I had my Dad do me a gift deed of 2 million on 22 June before I sent the MBS. I also attached my upadated pension statement of account.
On 4 July, I sent my Covid Vaccination completion Certificate (online copy with QR code) through webform.
On 6 July, I sent a webform and appealed for a decision to enable me to arrive early for Fall semester. I attached my confirmation of enrollment letter.

On 14 July I sent another appeal for a decision on my application.
On 23 July, another ghost update and eligibility review started
On 27 July PPR

MY PROFILE:
1. Age: 27 yrs
2. B.Sc: First Class (University of Nigeria Nsukka, 2015)
3. Masters: First class (University of the Western Cape South Africa, 2020), very related to my PhD
4. Travel history: 6 months in Germany for Research Internship with the United Nations, 2 years in South Africa for studies.
5. Scholarship: Received the German government fully funded DAAD scholarship for masters.
6. Career: Have been working as an academic staff in the University since NYSC

POF DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED:
1. Admission letter stating graduate funding of $28,816 CDN for the first year, and that funding could be maintained with good academic performance.
2. Supervisor support letter stating she will provide me with comprehensive funding (but she did not specify the value of the funding)
3. Two million in my account
4. I received support letter from my University which also states that they will authorize leave for me. I used that to claim in my SOP that they will pay me while on leave.

HOME TIES DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED:
1. 2 bedroom apartment in my name worth 12.5 million Naira
2. My pension account of over 900k
3. Letter from the Vice Chancellor of the University supporting my studies and stating that I will be granted leave
4. Payslip for 3 months
5. Marriage certificate and birth certificate of my child

[Yes you can write a short letter to know the status of your application and also tell them you have enrolled and the school is expecting you

Me I want to start applying next year,although my husband's SP application is on the line and we are waiting patiently for PPR ...so I wanted to ask,I have a 2.2 in banking and finance here,currently working in a bank now....is it not possible to get a Masters program? My final cgpa is 3.49 but if its just PGd ,what are my chances and which finance related courses should I root for?? And will I be able to carry my children along when I eventually apply for SP??

With your 2.2 , you can easily get admission to a college for a Post Graduate Certificate (PG. Cert.) program, that being said;

Are you interested in going for a Program related to your Degree or related to your Job experience? If yes,
- what did you studied in the University?
- What year did you graduate ? (To address study gap)
- What is the name of your Job, and what are your Job duties? (To know if your Job is related to tour Degree)


Your Response to the above questions would enable you get specialized PG. Cert program suggestions from this platform

APPLICATION DETAILS:

University Of Windsor, Master Of Medical Biotechnology, Fall, 2021. My dad is my sponsor and I paid the compulsory CA$4k tuition deposit. My monthly salary is #87,500 and I attached 3 months payslip and 6months MBS of salary acct. Bin working in a community pharmacy since December 2018 and I also attached a reference letter from my employer.

-SOP 6pages
-Sponsor's personal bank statement: 19.5m
-My own statement: 4.3m (4.1 from my sponsor as living expenses and I had 200k)
-Sponsor's landed property (like 10) and I claimed itz worth over 300m (no evaluation)
-I did a deed of gift from my sponsor to me, for a piece of land, and I back dated to April 2018, so I claimed my sponsor gave me as a graduation gift, since I graduated in Sept 2017.
-CAC docs of sponsor's companies, with one being a good hotel which I claim itz over 200m, and also noted in my SOP dat i own a 10% shares with docs to back it.
-UK travel history and old visas with the last expired 2yrs which I ddnt evn use.
- I schooled in Cotonou, Benin Republic, So I added the stamps too.
-My siblings; First as a director in one of my dad's company, I am d 2nd, 3rd as manager in anoda of my dad's company, 4th, a recent graduate from a private uni in Nigeria (Nothing to support d claims, jst family pics in Naija, UK and my pics at work wearing my white coat)
-I flaunted my sponsor well!!!!!!
-My SOP was really directed to Nigeria and Africa. I talked abt how much we are dependent on imported medicines, and how we were handicapped during the pandemic, since our major importers, India and China couldn't export bcuz the covid hit dem so badly. I talked abt our drug importation of over $500m in 2018 and expected hike of over $1bn in year 2030 and compared it to our export of only $800k (With reference links).
-I talked about the AfCFTA which is signed already and how it will be good for manufacturing should be accelerated in Nigeria....Nd also, how I can easily export across Africa since my father is a freight forwarding mogul and how this will contribute to my country's GDP.

I got 4 US F-1 visa denials, ans the last one was in November, 2020. Same biotechnology course, but issues av been that I wasn't well informed, I was using my dad's corporate bank statement. I jst see say v.o go dey gbadun my speech for interview, dem go say mk I bring bank statement, if I just show dem, dem go say "sorryy....". One time sef, my passport sleep embassy, e no still come back wit Us Visa......Aiye le o!!!! Datz y I jst used personal statement now as I got more informed!

I got an admission in bishop university yes you need to apply for your CAQ when I applied it took about 21 days then I got it although that was in 2019 I didn’t get the study permit then now I got the study permit I have not reapplied I’m trying august 3 but my old CAQ isn’t expired yet.
You applied for the CAQ with the study permit to IRCC?

Yes my husband applied for the CAQ first before applying for study permit, they gave him the temporary acceptance through mail and they told him they will send him the hard copy through a courier service, that's since April o...up till now we haven't seen anything... I don't know if there's any way we can reach out to them....are you also on tuition waiver and I hope you don't mind sharing why you were denied the last time and what you did differently now that made them issue you a study permit

Please someone should answer my question concerning CAQ

Guys am new here and I have been following this thread for quite sometime now,my husband got admission to study computer science at Bishop's university Quebec,He got a full tuition waiver,while applying for study permit, we included the temporary CAQ(Certificate de Acceptance Due Quebec) but uptill now the hard copy has not yet arrived.

I want to know if anyone has applied for a school in that province (Quebec) and if you actually got d CAQ because my husband is really worried about it that maybe they had forgotten him and I heard you're expected to show it at the port of entry if you're given a study permit..
Besides I have never heard anyone here talk about Bishops University Quebec.
We are still awaiting our PPR ...he applied May 19th
