For Form A payment, it’s advisable you transfer your funds to UBA and make your tuition transfer from them. UBA rate is around 571/pounds and they will debit you within 48 hours.

21st Oct, it's safe to print on either 19th or 20th NOV, given your calculation shows it's stayed in your bank consecutively for 28days, print on the 29th or 30th day.

Please is it a must that my current address must tally with the address on my bank statement? We are using my wife's account which carries her school address she used in opening the account years back, should update it before sending to the Embassy?

The fellow that got a refusal probably did because it was a visitor visa. ECO refuse visit visas for the most flimsiest reason. I don’t see a visa refusal for a study or dependent visa because of a discrepancy in addresses! Addresses are bound to change!
