Its about time this Industry should have a HES Department and their own hospital for regular checks, some process in place to check their well being as they work.

I really don't think the industry having their own H & S department is the solution to this, your health is in your hands and you have to do everything to protect it.
Live a responsible live and cut down on so many things like drinking, smoking et al and above all always go for regular check up including all of us in this forum because in 9ja we only go the the hospital when we are already down with ailment that would have been otherwise prevented should we go for regular checks.
