I know this because I have handled hundreds of cases in my practice. When people have problems which seem to have no biological or sickness origin they are sent to me. This particular case was very recurrent among young males.

So I had to research on the topic and the solution that worked best (almost unfailingly) with people on that situation is what I suggested. I admit the research on this topic is still lacking, but results show that my suggestion works.

Now, with respect to reverse kegels, it is just the reverse of classical kegels. It's like you do normal kegels but the other way round. Kegels are like stopping from urinating, reverse kegels are similar to pushing out urine.

You do a combo of kegels and reverse kegels, let say 5 seconds kegels, 5 second hold and 5 seconds reverse kegels, 10 times. That's one session. You do two or three session per day. After some time you increase it to 10 seconds.

It will accelerate your healing.

Also your mindset is important. Much of this problem is mentally originated. Stop thinking like a loser and a victim. Understand that your life is your own making and whatever your initial condition may be, greatness can be achieved if you believe in you.
