A friend told me about that last night, Infact, got to hear about it for the first time through her. I just don't like the sound of it at all. I still wonder how great the disadvantages will be. Men! It sounded out of place. Anyway you guys should enjoy. Not me. |

Mine is always on the 2nd and 4th day, it is so horrible that i often lean overnight due to pains. Once the day breaks on the second day, all hell will be let loose. Towards afternoon time of that day after my mom must have done some serious hot water massage on my tommy and waist with standing and ceiling fans plus AC at their highest, i will start feeling goose bumps and cold, then deep sleep follows. When i wake up later, i feel better. (Thats when i usually cry and call on everyone in the house, all my male and female siblings, i will be saying all sorts of things, calling them to beg God to pity me and asking them to tell God to give me like 7minutes break from the pains so i could rest small) if you see how i break into sweat eh!! I will be so drenched as if a bucket of water was poured on me chai!! Fourth day is just a brief pain, during when those lumpy ones drop though not always. I remember passing out literally in the office one day only to wake up on the hospital bed, i was shocked and very embarrassed, the doctor gave me an injection after i was brought in which soothed the pain. I was so embarrassed especially because only God knows how he pulled my undies to inject me without my consent though my colleague told him it was menstrual pains. (thank God i was wearing Tampax) I have learnt a lot on managing the pains ranging from exercises for it especially stretching and drinking LOTS of water ( not chilled or hot water) these two helps me a lot. So i can comfortably say that i am good at managing the cramps. |
Is it A,B,C or D?

She is my closest and the only female friend i have, i hardly mingle or keep female friends. But she is special and unique in the sense that she is more than a sister to me..I met her in my workplace years back.. Very hardworking, industrious, virtuous and humble. Took me time to be able to differentiate her from her twin sister. Ok.. to my main reason for this thread: Sometime February/March this year, i stopped hearing from her (we are not in the same state anymore, different jobs now) i tried reaching her by all means but to no avail, i lost my phone with her sister's number so no way to reach her. Sometime on May, she contacted me hmm.. i got to find out that the interview she was scheduled to go for at River State as at that March was what brought about a serious problem for her. She boarded a bus in Imo State, they took off after the bus filled up, she had a lady sitting beside her and gisting. They have already entered River State when the vehicle's front tyres busted and somersaulted so nany times landing them into a ditch in the bush. She woke up in the hospital 3 days later with burns and serious degrees of injuries. (Won't post the pictures here, so unnerving) She said they told her that the burns was as a result of her unconsciously getting up from where she was flung out through the car window and walking blindly into a burning grass set by people working in their farms around there. She just fell inside the fire and stayed there till they brought her out of the fire. She started asking what happened and about everybody but was told that the lady gisting with her died alongside others, even a reverend died too, a man among the passengers went mad instantly, its like blood flooded his brain or something. She said she lost her valuables there including her phones and her family refused to let her reach anyone till she was out of danger. My friend has been in the hospital for months and has finally been discharged.. she is very ok and the burns has cleared out as her mom took serious care of that burn aspect as she is very fair. She is good now. My concern and discomfort is this, sometimes she just suddenly faints for no reason, when asked, she will say she just remembered what happened and start feeling hot. We were chatting yesterday afternoon, she said "happy Sunday " i replied that its Saturday and she exclaimed and said i should pardon her that she has not fully recovered from her trauma that she tends to forget sometimes.. I don't know if its ok or that she needs a therapist but healthwise she is ok. Is it natural for her to be having relapses sometimes for now? Hasn't it been long it happened and is she not supposed to be fine by now.. i am somehow uncomfortable.. any suggestions? I also thank God for her life.. |

[quote author=MissViv post=49647820]sad Someone stole my purse this evening around 20 minutes to six, containing my atm card, my id cards, siwes program id card, voter's card, my passport photographs, my little change plus my phone and even my handkerchief and other things. Just In front of onireke police station outside ojo barracks. You can imagine! #sad #depressed #worried.....I understand how u feel because i can relate.. Try not to take it too hard on yourself because it will only cause you more tears and depression.. At first, it seems as if it was all a joke, then suddenly you will be hearing your ringtone subconsciously and start feeling bad all over.. Then you have a need for any of your documents or Id cards or even bank atm, then anger will set in. You will be cursing under your breath. Even you may be wishing them to come back to that spot it happened to drop back your other valuable items after taking the phone. I wished them car accidents during my own time sef (God forgive me) But its only positive approach towards those feelings that will make you get over it. So sorry once again |
Antina:i understand how she feels right now |
See craze.. whats wrong with all thes mentally deranged individuals? They will still apprehend him.. and then he will face the full wrath of law. |
A: Showing your parents money given to you as a gift by a relation or by friend to the family especially during festive periods. B: Greeting all your elders immediately after eating meals .. Children of nowadays don't thank people around after meals, even the money aspect, for where..they would pocket it and take it to school the following day for snacks.. Did you? |
Ok good |
Truckpusher:i love this thread chaii!! Especially the pictures, so true.. try me.. ![]() |
