I need someone to direct me on what step to take next here.. Kinda frustrating for me to buy a phone and never get to use it. Here is my encounter with CarlCare Opebi Lagos and my letter to their website which bounced back after a day of sending it..

Now my unhappiness is that even as my warranty is still on, I have not used the phone at all, Calcare held the phone for complete four months which is all part of the time wasted on my warranty. The amount I was required to pay is as well as buying a new phone.
It is not fair for me as she said there is nothing to be done and that I should go with the phone until I bring money for the swap.
I am home with the phone now having no idea of what next to do, except being frustrated. I wish you do use your good discretion to attend to my issues. Thanks.
