CraigB: Monkey sounds.

I didn't know that Major-General Jean Bosco Kazura of Rwanda was Naai-gerian?

grin grin grin

Once again: There's no brain as short as the Naai-gerian brain. grin

Self-defeatist arguments. You'll never be smarter than a South African.
dude get your head straightened out. am not in the mood for name calling(main reason i stopped responding to your posts). too much of it kills your cognitive reasoning skills... like you just showed. try do research on it.

you just proved to be less smarter and more ignorant by saying Jean Bosco led AFISMA. when did UN take over the mission? was it during or after the fighting took place?

AFISMA was never a UN mission and it was led by Nigeria. it's a fact that's already in history.

the intervention brigade is not a south african mission and will never be in history as a South african led mission.

The first commander of AFISMA is Nigerian Major General Abdulkadir Shehu.
Meanwhile, the heads of state and government of ECOWAS have endorsed Major General Shehu of Nigeria as Force Commander and Brigadier General Yaye Garba of Niger as Deputy Force Commander
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/African-led_International_Support_Mission_to_Mali

The United Kingdom (UK) has pledged to support the Nigerian-led ECOWAS war efforts in Northern Mali through the provision of intelligence, trainings and logistic support to the Nigeria troops.
http://www.thisdaylive.com/articles/mali-british-defence-chief-visits-nigeria-pledges-support/138287

Will Nigeria-Led ECOWAS be a Footnote to the French in Mali?
http://allafrica.com/stories/201305071215.html

now, show me where it say's the DRC intervention is south african led? oh, i forgot.. you are only contributing to a UN led mission and commanded by a Tanzanian. since SANDF lacks the capabilities to lead. tongue

CraigB: Is this your way of admitting that Naai-geria has no successes in Mali, because that mission was not a Naai-gerian led mission? grin

Ok, then. Loud and clear. grin

We are pleased to hear that Naai-geria finally admits that it has no victories in Mali.

Thank you for insulting Naai-geria. No need to say anything further.
good to see you've toned the insults grin (i was tired of doing such)

1) Mali mission was not a UN mission but a west african mission Led by Nigeria. (AFISMA)

2) although France played the lead role, i posted a link where a senior Malian officer said Nigeria was involved in the offensive from day one(not UN supported)

3) we claim victory in Mali cos Nigeria without UN support fought and lead west africa(a whole region) in Mali. politically and militarily(AFISMA)

SANDF is only playing support role in DRC. cos every independent source calls it a UN mission Led. Not south african.

i also have my reasons to say it won't succeed.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 3:29pm On Aug 30, 2013
you south africans can squeal all you want, fact still remains that this is not a south african led mission.

if this mission is successful (not that it will), who'll claim the victory? UN, Tanzania or south africa?

i need answers not insults please.
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m):
souldust: when a SAM is fired at a jet fighter within range, is there anything the pilots can do to save themselves?

Dont know if any of you have watched "behind enemy lines", i mean the movie on the Bosnia war? Do you think what the pilots did to save themselves from the SAMs was realistic?
don't know much about weaponry(mine is military politics) but i think there's an airborne defense suit Talisman. it's a modern technology against AAM and SAM that is installed with the jet. not sure if it comes separately.

you have to be well positioned for your sensors to detect and intercept the hostile missile.

if targeted from behind it can detect and release automatic flares, or warn the pilot for quick maneuvering. Nigeria already acquired some for the F7 jets.

that's the little i know

hope it helps

saengine: M23 withdraw from frontline

M23 rebels have withdraw their fighters from the frontline of Congolese, South African and Tanzanian troops.
Of course they gave some poor excuse as to why.

But we know why

i guess we have UN and the Tanzanians to thank for leading such offensive in time.

NaijaPikinGidi: We have waited for over 700 pages to have your SANDF achievements listed for the readers here so that we can all be guided going forward! But none so far ... not one single achievement to show. By the way it Nigeria's achievements that have pushed South Africa to get into the fray of military missions across Africa. Nigeria gallantly leads while others like South Africa play catch up! Name calling or dropping will not change the facts! Good luck to the DRC UN operations!
true talk bros. they are in such a hurry to catch up. even their police special task force has achieved more than their military grin grin grin grin

Msauza: Yes, I fully agree with you that eight people can possibly squeeze themselves nicely inside that little toyota corolla. However, there's a one problem though, humans are flexible and can pack themselves so perfectly like sardines inside small spaces, but there are some things which are so rigid that you cannot force them to be nicely packed inside small spaces.

grin grin

Msauza: what achievements does Nigeria have? Your military has zero achievements. grin grin

You bloody sadist and f'aggot.
your reetard mode is setting in yeah? ask me to post Nigerian military achievements by posting yours. perhaps since SANDF has none, you can still beg me to post it since your dull brain has forgotten the ones that were posted previously grin

like you and your south africans have wished boko haram victory? bunch of hypocrites.

SANDF is just lucky to have Tanzania leading the mission cos i can imagine what would happen if SA does... big disaster like always..

miilitary with no achievements

andrewza: And it had ammo on board. SA has a musem submarine and it has no wepaons or explosives and zero fuel. And I would not want to fire those guns with such old ammo. They do have a best before date.

And the aliens were morons. They got faster than light space travel and can put up a giant force field but don't have guided rounds. The US is tring to created a laser guided snipper builet and those aliens have to aim like we did in the 1940s

A young SANDF sniper was surrounded by FARDC troops calling him "Kaptaine". After he sneaked 500m from a M23 camp and killed 6 rebels, they panicked and started firing mortars in all directions. He was injured, but he retreated and got treated back at base. Back at the frontline now. SANDF warriors are respected. Now if 500m is still showing that the SANDF afraid of rebels to you, then YOU'RE a "Hypocrite who knows nothing".

8 out of 10 Nigerian women bleach their skin. That is a fact. Deal with it.!!!!!
you are such a fool. you got knocked out in military debate and decide to descend to your usual low life. id1ot

so you mean to tell me you don't know your women also lead in the race?

Two recent studies by public health officials in South Africa and Nigeria reported an alarming number of women are using various bleaching creams on a regular basis to lighten their skin and appear more “attractive”.

saengine: 1 dead Tanzanian soldier counts as "heavy casualties"?
Now if the South African soldier who was shot in the leg had been hit a bit higher up on his body and killed, what poor reasoning would you conclude from that? Would you then change your story to include him in the group that lead the offensive? Only those that get killed count as being brave fighters?

And to make things worse the Tanzanian was killed when a mortar landed near his posirion, meaning he wasnt necessarily at the front. While the South African was shot, meaning he was within range of machine gun fire. But you still give the fighting "credit" to the Tanzanian. Im tired of this useless thread....the foolishness.
i guess you were so much in a hurry to type that you didn't look at what i responded to. undecided

Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 12:59pm On Aug 29, 2013
NaijaPikinGidi: You are a wimp ... just like your SANDF. The Tanzanians are the ones leading the Reconnaisance operations and not the SANDF as you are claiming without evidence or proof! The loss of a Tanzanian soldier is evidence of Tanzania's obvious frontline role!! It is a testament to their being the real/braver force on the frontline! Brave men are the ones that die leading the war ... not the ones that hide in the backrows of the frontline ... afraid of battle, yet get wounded by stray bullets!

Fight the battle and stop celebrating your injuries! Our are you celebrating that you escaped death by whiskers? Is that how they trained your coward soldiers?

Again SANDF is exhibiting zero war logistics planning capacity! Didn't it occur to your war planners that helicopter gunships will be required? This rubbishes yours recce claims that you credit to SANDF! How did you transport or insert troops into the thick/bushy DRC battle landscape to disrupt so-called M23 supply lines? More excuses to come?
the gunship they claimed to have used to destroy M23 supply lines were actually flown by Ukraine. And these criminals want to claim credit for what they didn't do..SMH
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 12:54pm On Aug 29, 2013
Mike..ZA:
Show me the prove of your claims. Tanzania and Malawi(their troops haven't joined FIB yet) will take heavy casualties.
are you serious at all. I can agree to malawi not there yet but tanzania?

Of course Tanzania will have heavy casualties cos they are leading the offensive while SANDF will continue to do what it does best.. Fight from a distance cos they're scared to die. grin
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 12:47pm On Aug 29, 2013
Mike..ZA:
The Recces snipers are the ones locating M23 command posts and supply lines. The Tanzanians already lost a Major. And the MI-24s are operated by Ukraine, the Rooivalks were supposed to join the mission in October but cause of the clashes this choppers might be sent there in weeks or days to come.
this your claim only proves what we've been talking since. tanzanians are leading with Ukraine air power while your snipers take out targets from 2.2km away.

South africa always miscalculating.. Sending air support after long deployment of ground troops. You never learn do you!
Foreign AffairsRe: Who Has The Strongest Military In Africa? by chris365(m): 10:38am On Aug 29, 2013
saengine: And who is your source that we're hiding behind Tanzanians? agaugust? Haha ok then.

M23 leader states they see us on the frontline, firing at them. Simple.
and who is leading the mission?

You fled your real mission in CAR to play support in a UN mission.

Now CAR is a mess thanks to SANDF. No achievements

andrewza: Where does it say nigeria conducted a combat mission. And if you know about it how can it be unreported
are you trying to sound funny or the way you type your English also affects how you read? good thing a senior malian military officer made the statement.

mind you, Nigeria is not like SA that it's president will send special forces to protect it's private business without parliament's support.

that mission was kept secret cos Nigerian government was yet to get senate's approval to deploy.

unlike SANDF, Nigerian military is highly secretive and not running a show business like yours.

accept the report or just keep doubting... your choice

Msauza: Blatant lies!!
you really think i am a south african ehn.. bunch of liars

Nigeria had some small company of special forces hunting for shekau before france launched it's offensive. our forces helped from the ground while france attacked from the air. before french troops landed in mali.

the operation was supposed to be secret cos Nigerians never supported the mission until a Malian soldier made it open.

Officer: Troops from Nigeria, Senegal, France Back Malian Army

BAMAKO — Troops from Nigeria, Senegal and France were deployed in Mali on Jan. 11 supporting government forces in their offensive against Islamists in the country’s center, a Malian army officer said.

“As we speak to you, troops from Nigeria, Senegal and France are in support of the Malian army in Sevare” in central Mali, Col. Oumar Dao told a news conference in the capital, Bamako. “These troops arrived with the materiel needed to counter the situation,” said Dao, the head of military operations for the army’s chief of staff.

Msauza: 500 000 soldiers armed with limited weapons. What impact does it have anyway, because numbers only count when you have an effective firepower. Hou douus it help to have 2million soldiers armed with riffles without rockets and artillery guns. Do you think that those soldiers will stand any chance against any heavily armed force?
you know you need proof for this poor knowledge of history you just displayed here. Biafran soldiers had war planes, tanks and other sophisticated hardware they got from france. i know why ya'll are still mad Nigeria won the war. SA wholly supported biafra... another failed military adventure grin

agaugust: i posted two comments here in may/june and i wont waste my time to repeat them.

first with source said nigerian air force jets did air to ground attack on rebels in mali

second with source said nigerian army operations in mali is under-reported and no details spread in the news media.

now nigeria should not be in the front of mali battle for two reasons, first we cannot speak french like chad/france, two the allied forces in mali chose nigeria as rear guard and france as vanguard.

nigeria does not have to be at the front of every african battle, we did that front position in liberia, sierra leone and sudan/dafur.

egypt and ethiopia are there as african powers, what have they done in leading any battle to save another african country ? nothing !

nigeria has fought against 100,000 rebels in battles we led, many battles more difficult than mali.

jungle war that britain and USA ran away from in liberia/sierra leone, nigeria fought and won clear victory.

mali is an open land desert war easy to fight. ask france to come into a thick jungle war and the french will ask nigeria to go in on their behalf, same way the british and americans did from 1990 to 2002.

mali war my foot, it was a cheap war that france led.

chad too has withdrawn from mali.

.
actually, Nigeria was in Mali hunting shekau before the french went in.

On the first attack, they got assistance from Nigeria and senegal special forces. (For the ignorant SAns, google is ur friend)

You can't talk to us.

To think you are so clueless that you don't even know about the western black rhino. SMH. That explains everything.
i see you change your war tone.. stup1d boy

your rhinos are about to finish and that would be the biggest disgrace in history. all this because your military can't fight a war they declared on ordinary poachers. of course we shouldn't be talking to you dummies.

andrewza: So elphants and rhions could not live in say nambia in your opion.
guy, we never had rhinos. or else your report would have made Nigeria exclusive like they always to.

our elephants are still intact, thats why your report mentions other countries and not Nigeria. focus on your own war against poachers which your military has lost
