No you don't need to, only scan your data page to upload. If you have previous visa travel history on any page you can also scan and upload, but if there's is no previous Visa history you don't need to scan empty page of the document to upload

You can go ahead with the application, its not a must you get a letter from him but make sure he is legal in the uk and be ready to declare it on the application form with his passport number.

You can apply as a tourist listing center of attraction to visit and booked hotel reservation.

My said brother is already in the UK on a tier 2 visa while I’m in Nigeria running business, and he isn’t the reason for my proposed visit anyway. Can I go ahead with the application or it’s important I have a letter from him attached to my application, showing he’s aware of this and gives consent considering he’s also a co owner of the business, or this would not be necessary, thank you.

if u must correct it, then u will have to cancel the application and fill another VAF, make a new payment and then book a new appointment.
Remember the refund money wont come immediately and also the Wednesday appointment wont be retained.

I think I will type out a letter adding the correct phone number, have her sign it and add to her supporting documents, it was only a digit that was wrongly inputed, she has had previous uk visas and carries same contact number.

Well to me u are good to go. I will like you to get the letter of the bank for the signatory. Also in your saving account if u can make a 6 months payslip to show the amount u are paid monthly, it will be good bc it will help the ECO to see the document that state the monthly salary tally with the same amount in your savings. U can also write a cover note and explain other side money u receive in your savings. Others can also contribute. All d best.
