love means different things to different people. a little company can mean love to a lonely person, to the famished some food can mean love and some shelter can mean a lot to the homeless.
i ask myself, if god loves us why didn't he create a world free from natural disasters, sickness and diseases, hunger and famine, etc
does it make any sense that the only way god had chosen to express his love to mankind is by killing uncle jesus on a cross, by writing a book that is filled with errancy and contradiction, by laying a foundation (churches) for extortion and deception?
fellow africans it's time to stop believing and start reasoning. it's to question anything that's questionable no matter who says it. time to accept the simple truth: bible is not the word of any god, these are the words of men who unleashed atrocious wickedness on their neighbours under the guise of god's instruction.

ONE LAST QUESTION FOR CHRISTIANS: AT THE TIME WHEN GOD ALLEGEDLY GAVE ISREAL THE PROMISED LAND, HISTORIANS AND ARCHEOLOGISTS HAS CONFIRMED THAT 75% OF EARTH'S LAND WERE 'NO MAN'S LAND'. WHY DIDN'T THIS GOD GIVE HIS CHILDREN A VACANT LAND SOMEWHERE ELSE, INSTEAD HE DECIDED TO GIVE THEM A LAND THAT'S ALREADY OCCUPIED BY OTHER PEOPLE?

i am persuaded to compare bible and hard drugs(cocaine, heroin, marijuana, alcohol, etc) given the similarity of their side effects.
drug addicts will never accept that it's killing them not to talk of quitting even though they're literally dying. in similar vein, bible junkies remain obstinate about what is written in their book even though science and wisdom have proven their book wrong. even though that everything that's happening around them contradicts what is written in this book.
if bible doesn't have drug effects, how can someone who strongly believe in this book accept the following contradictions:
1. the stripes of jesus has healeth him\her and yet they go to hospital when they fall sick.
2. their god has everything in abundant and yet this god mandated them to give up 10% of their hard earned cash which has become a pretext for extortion in the churches today.
3.that a man who died two thousand years ago died for his\her sin even though s\he wasn't yet born when this man was killed for breaking the laws of that time. now tell me; do you know that jesus wasn't the only one killed that way, the manner of his death is reserved for anyone who break the law and many other law breakers died the same way.
4. if god is god who can do whatever he wants; why didn't he just forgive our sin instead of putting up this show of cross death and virgin birth?
5.WHY ARE PRAYERS OF BELIEVERS NOT BEING ANSWERED AS THE BIBLE PROMISED?
i persuade every bible believer in this forum to go to a rehab and be cured of this addiction!!!!

right from childhood one started hearing this scary story of hell fire and this dream story of god's paradise. but no one is 100% certain whether they really exist or not. if they do exist, no one not even religious people are 100% sure where they exist. some said in heaven meaning somewhere in the SPACE and others said on earth meaning where we are right now.

The verse states a physical place (Land of Nod) that Cain went and was out of God's presence. That quote was tied to a physical place therefore, it was talking about a God's physical presence (Which Cain moved out of)

But you must know that God is the creator and there are laws and principles He set in place during creation. Chris, that's very silly of you." Do you see the folly in the question? Now according to the law of nature, moving parts must wear down over time. That is a law built into this realm of existence.There is nothing anybody can do about it. In like manner, God has built some laws into creation. One of which is that without the shedding of blood, there is no forgiveness of sin. In like manner, there is a corruptible body and incorruptible body. The corruptible body is the one that decomposes at death just as you have pointed out. Christ died with the corruptible body but He rose with a different body - the incorruptible body A.K.A celestial body. This is the hope of believers. This incorruptible body is not inhibited by material items and that was why Christ could appear at the room why His disciples were though the doors were locked.

hi pal, no bother about your problem cos i have few tips for you. it works for almost every one and your case can't be different.
1. how old are you, are you overweight,and are you sure you don't abuse alchohol? if your age is between 20 and 55, normal weight and no abuse of substance. then you proceed to number two
2.you have to screen yourself for all STDs including HIV. because most STDs affect the central nervous system which controls all involuntary actions. and check your blood pressure because high blood pressure has a reputation of causing low libido. if everything is ok then you proceed to number three.
