komekn: Football is crazy.
You absolutely must take your opportunities and make the best use of them.
At one stage Tega Onomah waa knocking on the first team door for Tottenham. Was considered the numero one in the English U21 team.
Football is very impatient and very few managers will give you too much time particularly in teams that are fighting for Champion league football.
It is so important for a young player to look at progression and development and not just money. I don't easily give up on players, as long as that player has it and keeps working hard to overcome his woes. For once, I never gave up on Iheanacho, same as Isaac Success until he proved me wrong. I still have high hopes on KC Nwakali and Onomah |

komekn: Agreed he has been over taken comprehensively by two players that were considerably behind him at one stage.
Those two players are Eze and Ovie.
He has been for me largely dissapointing. I saw him a few times before the season was halted, trust me he would come good, hence I pray Fulham gets promoted. I was glad with what I saw, even though he hasn't been so lucky with injuries |

Everton are very interested but will City let him go considering they have huge gaps in thier defence.
It will boil down to contract terms and agreements in the end.
But with regards to Awaziem there is was no interest from Liverpool. That's news paper talk. Says Liverpool's head of recruitment |

komekn: See how the mighty have fallen.
After that huge transfer fee he never really was able to get a run of games. He was not given much opportunity at Everton and now Liepzig not sure why.
His first season at Leipzig was very good but second season nothing, very strange.
He has gone to Turkey that's a real step down to the abyss.
This is football always about the hear and now. Adarabioyo's unreal fee comes to mind Just like Adarabioyo, Lookman was never worth that amount. Imagine the fee Chukwudera Ejikemuwa of Heerenven would have commanded if he was an English player |

Finally, l don't HATE anybody. Rate him or trash him, dude will never stop serving u a humble pie, just the same way Osimhen, Chuks and co have been serving you. What's up with your heroes Ojo, Onyedinma et al? Seems they have gone to oblivion. You told us Umar was crap and backed it up with Ojo's ephemeral purple patch, today what has become of Ojo's career at same Rangers of Glasgow? |

komekn: With regard to Liverpool that's just paper nonsense. He was never in consideration.
And if he was so good in French league one why did he go to Turkey. You are being sentiment led and not rationally objective.
Adarabioyo who l actually have never really rated highly. But thats not the issue he is wanted by a plethora of top clubs, with that many clubs after him. He will either stay at City and play first team or go to another EPL club on loan.
Sevilla want him and who else ❓ At this time there will be lots of speculation with regards to players. That in most cases will come to nothing.
A good indication of market interest is the number of club you get associated with. For instance Osimhen is literally associated with every top club in Europe.
Why because he has proven himself to be exceptional talent. It is not because he is Nigerian, nationality has nothing to do with it.
But the case of Awaziem is very different at best he is average thus the level of interest.
Adarabioyo is now above average in the eyes of the football market which is reflected in the level of interest.
There is no biased preference for English Nigerian origin players as you probably will like to allege but just the very fluid reality on the ground. And Adara's isn't mere transfer speculations also? Bros u be comedian |

komekn: It is exercise in administration to change allegiance with FIFA it is not complicated and or contentious in the first instance.
The point l was making is that which you gave completely deviated from is that he had expressed a willingness and commitment to play for Nigeria from age 16. That's the pertinent over riding position.
It was after Nigeria rejected him that he played for England youth teams.
He has been consistent in his commitment Nigeria has not been to him. Ur exact words from the main post, so don't pretend to be smart by rephrasing Ovie asked to join Eagles over 5 years ago, we have been playing Maradona with him. Finally Ovie is a Liverpool player on loan at Reading Fc. About ur last paragraph, how did Nigeria reject him? Was their any tourney he was eligible for that he was overlooked? |

charlesemeka85: Turkish Super Lig outfit Besiktas will look to sign Ademola Lookman from Bundesliga club RB Leipzig this summer. Lookman linked up with Leipzig last summer from Premier League club Everton but failed to earn a regular playing berth at the German side.
The 22-year-old had a successful loan spell at Leipzig before the club decided to acquire him permanently.
According to reports emanating from Turkey, Besiktas representatives are already in talks with Leipzig officials over the transfer.
Lookman has featured in just six league games this season. Should this deal go through, then, we should never bring this boy into any discussion again. Life can be so funny and very unpredictable. I remember when this boy was having it good and Komekn came in here to label our wingers "bunch of pretenders". Today the table seems to have turned and he no longer sings his praises. |

It is either you are averse to knowledge or u tend to often feign ignorance of the truth to back up ur narrative. Bros u talking in the nonsense because we all know English players especially those from elite clubs are over priced. komekn: No l didn't say that, stop misquoting and twisting my words and intent.
That's what your prejudice at work.
For a long time Ejaria has expressed interest in Nigeria. Indeed he waa invited to the U17 Nigeria selection him and Ademola Lookman but after performing they were never selected.
So it's not today he expressed his interest.
He has been perfoming for a long time at a high level at the age of 18 was playing in Liverpool first team.
However, we chose to invite the two Nwakali brothers who had done nothing to justify a call up. Spare me these incoherent statements, it is nauseating. Do not rigmarole, just tell me what u said actually. Your post read "he declared for the eagles five years ago" now u want to lump in eaglets to sweep away ur actual word(eagles). Before his Liverpool debut, was he still eligible for Nigeria without the mandatory clearance? |

komekn: Until Adarabioyo starts to play in a good footballing team l simply can not use past glory years to assess him.
When l watched Fikayo Tomori at Hull playing with Aina in all honesty l wrote him off completely as not good enough for the SE.
A year later playing in footballing team with Frank Lampard at Derby he looked totally different. The rest is history.
These situations can work both ways for better or worse.
How good is Awaziem comparative to Adarabioyo, put him in Blackburn and let's see how he will manage blood and guts, kick and rush football. I remember when Omeruo was in Middlesbrough he struggled.
The most shocking for me was Etebo gra gra Warri boy. I really expected him to dominate the league and with his diesel engine, he never gets tired. My expectation were for him to be the next Ngolo Kante. But he just couldn't really do much.
So it's not a hasty question to conclude. Comparative to Adarabioyo, u suggest I put Awaziem to the championship to ascertain how good he is? lol who does that? How about I put Adarabioyo in an elite league to ascertain how good he truly is compared to Awaziem? Van Dijk should also be made to go test his abilities in the so called blood and gut for us to certify him a good center back. |

Ebere Eze Is In Talks With Rohr – Family Member Denies Using Nigeria To Alert England
May 4, 2020
The international future of Ebere Eze has for long been in the air with the England youth international constantly linked with a switch of allegiance to Nigeria but that hasn’t happened till date.
Despite training with the senior national team of Nigeria in 2017, the midfielder who has excelled this season at QPR is yet to fully come clean on his international future insisting on more time to make a decision.
Coach of the senior national team of Nigeria Gernot Rohr has long said he will love to have the midfielder in his squad but in his words he want players who are eager to wear the colours of the senior national team of Nigeria.
A source close to his agent told Owngoalnigeria.com that he is using the interest from Nigeria to alert England as he is yet to fill in his paper of switch of allegiance to FIFA. Although he accepted to watch the botched Nigeria against Sierra Leone AFCON 2021 Qualifiers game as a special guest.
Reacting to the story, a family member revealed the 23 year old is in talks with Rohr and reports of using Nigeria to attract the attention of England are wide off the mark as he isn’t that type.
“Not true” says a close family source. “He is in regular contact with two close friends in the Super Eagles and their coach”. That might be the case, but Tami Abraham is the nephew of the Nigerian FA President but still opted for England. “True” said our source. “But ‘Bere isn’t Tami”.
