We are looking to convince players like Tim Iroegbunam, Lesley Ugochukwu, etc, while we have a player like Hamzat Ojediran of RC Lens.
Why are we not considering an invitation for Hamzat Ojediran.
I consider Hamzat Ojediran a better pick, as things stands.
Ojediran game of passes and duels is superior to that of Iroegbunam and Ugochukwu as things stands. This can change in the offing, but Hamzat looks a better fit in midfield.

Why are we trying to convince players that we might not even use, if we are to cast sentiments aside.
We have Alhassan Yusuf, Raphael Onyedika, Hamzat Ojediran, etc.

If they want to commit to us, no problem, but let us not put too much effort trying to convince them.

We already have enough destroyers. We need upgrades on what we have already.

There is no foreign born player that I admire as much as I do Iroegbu. If we bag that boy, it would be a big steal. I also have strong admiration for Anjorin, and right from his Chelsea youth days I had this conviction in me that he would star for the eagles.


Chelle wants Iroegbu for the same role Amadou Haidara was playing for him when he was with Mali. A DM who knows how to use the ball. It would be a good battle between him and Onyedika. Lesley Ogochukwu would be a plus.

I honestly don't see any future with Ndidi.

This is the line up I would like us to try out before September. Our midfield has done enough injustice to our strike force.

It was some of you guys that rated Benin, I never did. I don't rate any team coached by Rohr, so I never saw Benin as a threat to SA.

I count on Rwanda. They did it in their first fixture by defeating SA 2 nil and they can still at worst get a draw against SA due to the bad blood that exists between both nations recently.

If true, it is just an effort in futility. Such special talents are well positioned to feature for those European nations, that is why I never see them as prospects for Nigeria. I never saw Saka, Madueke, Omorodion, Musiala etc as Nigerians because I knew we stood no chance.

We can only get those good players that are struggling such as Lookman or those not rated when young, such as Bassey.

At this moment, instead of wasting time with the likes of Nwaneri and Atubolu, tryout struggling ones like Iroegbu of Everton, Ugochukwu of Soton, and Chelsea's Chukwuemeka.

It's too early to conclude. FIFA is yet to appointment disciplinary committee on this case and Lesotho is yet to table the matter. SAFA is pressuring them not to.
Since the NFF put us in this mess, let them also keep Pressuring FIFA to do the needful. It is their job cos they put us in this mess.

Oga nothing concern Lesotho with FIFA's decision. Whether Lesotho tables a case or not, that won't affect FIFA'S decision as long as SA has been found guilty of breaching the regulations. How many times do you want us to say this before you understand it?

Maybe I'm the only one who hasn't given up hope, and my reason is because SA still has Rwanda to play. Rwanda will fancy their chances to make it to the world cup, and they have an axe to grind due to the political tensions between the two countries considering SA's role in the DRC where the Rwandan backed M16 was doing some clean up.

SA will either lose that match or get a draw at best to remain in 11 points after being ducked 3 points.


I will say it again, I always fancy our chances against SA in SA. There is no better place for the eagles to play against SA than in SA.
