The best way is to try and convert him into a striker. His movement is quite good but his finishing needs improvement. I still wonder how he got all those goals in the dutch league but well, I'm already coming to terms with it, this is a league Ryan Babel and Dirk Kuyt scored plenty of goals, isn't it?

He can't get chance there cos the position is already filled up. I think his major problem is either lack of confidence or seriousness. Maybe better he goes to a lower team in EPL where he can always start games, let's see if he can invigorate his career.
