Eventually, I called a friend of mine in Police State CID in Port Harcourt. He told to come over to the office and directed me to a business center opposite the State CID. I made my online application and payment within 15mins and got my online receipt and sms immediately. I had to pay N1500 to the business center for the job and another N500 for POS. I can confirm that N30k I paid online is just for Police Head quarters in Abuja. My friend said I should prepare around 20k for biometric.... invitation will be sent via sms after three days. So generally, it will cost N100k to obtain Police Character certificate (PCC). Something that was obtainable with N10k early this year. The big Boyz in Abuja want to Cash out on all of us that want to Japan! Nigeria we hail thee!

Sorry, its blue paper. I made a typo error. I think I should just leave USA in the meantime and focus on Canada Since i have their Letter of Acceptance. I have already contacted them and they want me to pay for the tuition for first semester = CAD 9000 in order to secure my seat as classes are filling up quickly. They also said that this payment will add more credence to my VISA application.

Check the yellow paper and see section what you were denied.

So much tension in that place. Don’t let them deceive you, you don’t need to staple your passport on you DS-160. But carry physical copies of your passport photograph. Also just pray for peace you need to be calm, collected and confident.

Chrisoo I also dont know much about this, but i suggest you go with two bank statements (the one on your i-20 and your brother's personal bank statement if he is willing to do that). Explain to the vo and let him/her know your brother is willing to cover the remaining deficit when need arises. Hope this helps.

In the embassy of today, they don’t stress documents ‘seeing’ unlike before, just sound convincing to the VO on who is covering your deficit and what he or she does.
So, just get your i20. Even the school won’t care about the duration, just make the deficit available to them and they will give you your i20.
Get your i20 and move to the next stage. Don’t stay long on doing the most average thing.

No Time; No Available Visa Date Outta There.
