It is really not possible as Inec has not said other wise,as long as the APC is going or had appealed the said case,all status quo will be maintained. For me I think magnus's case is dead on arrival as the high court in Rivers State lacks the jurisdiction to even hear or entertain the said matter,as long as it is a case involving Inec it should be the Federal high court that is sadoed with the responsibility to entertain the matter. Remmeber Inec was in all the convention and as well all the indirect primaries.

He tried all he could but his effort was not enough to delivered Aminu Tambuwal, all the Rivers state delegates gave Tambuwal their 100% vote.

Every disappointment is an appointment, and good one is a blessing.
What happen next since our dear governor failed to succeed with his preferable candidate?
Now he need to turn to us the civil servants, has it been that his candidate won, he will give him 100% support and finance he needed, but Atiku has all it take to campaign and fight the incumbent president.

Alh Atiku will be having some misfeeling towards our governor due to failure to support him on his emerged as PDP flag bearer. Gov Wike have to work hard to win his second term governorship bid, because if he fail Alh Atiku might not work for his return through supreme court, or even giving him ministerial appointment.

All our governor needed now is us the civil servants, and for he to earn our support
1. He must give us promotion and implement it before the general election
2. Pay our 2016 February and March arrears salary
3. Pay our remaining 2013 arrear salary
4. Implement the new minimum wage once approved
5. Give us interest free loan he promise.
6. Employ new staffs
Rivers state civil servants deserves the best and needed to treat well.

1. All the university demonstration secondary schools staff.
2. Greater Port Harcourt City Development workers.
3. Civil servants.
4. Repentant militants he deceived.

8. No promotion for Civil servants.
Gov. Wike is a one man scored Governor. Even if all the people in Rivers state will die for him to be governor for second tenure, he does not care.

PRESS RELEASE

It is now crystal clear going by the assertion of the Minister of Labour , Dr Chris Ngige that government will not pay her workers the new minimum wage in September 2018 as promised by the same government. The position of government on this matter is quite regrettable and it suggest a government that is insensitive to the plight of the workers and equally a government that is callous and treats its workers with scorn.

What is now to be done by the Nigerian workers, is to spontaneously react with immediate effect. The Nigerian workers must give direction to our labour leaders that the era of appeal is over, and that we the Nigerian workers will demand and fight for our rights.

The Nigerian workers will never tolerate deceit any longer. Having waited since November 2017 for the minimum wage committee only to dash our hopes in September 2018.

The game is over , Nigerian workers arise.Our families have suffered enough.We can no longer cope with the cost of living. We refuse to be treated as slaves in our own land.The Nigerian government is strangulated us and we say no to that.

The All Workers Convergence(AWC ) call on workers nation wide to start protesting and lock up all work places towards the AWC recommendations to the Nigerian Labour Congress ( NLC ), Trade Union Congress ( TUC ) and the United Labour Congress ( ULC ) to declare an indefinite strike action on September 30th 2018 inorder to compel government to accede to our demands and start the implementation of the minimum wage in September 2018.

We call on the Nigerian workers to exercise their civic rights and massively protest against starvation, exploitation and injustice. Nigerian workers will no longer suffer in silence. Workers arise now and fight for your preservation and rights to decent existence.

Our labour centres ( NLC / TUC / ULC ) and their industrial unions are called upon to adopt the proposal of the Nigerian workers and act appropriately.

Lets all circulate and ensure that every Nigerian worker reads this.

2. Ambode in crucial meeting with aids to perfect defection plan.
How can Ambode hold such meeting when he is with pmb
3. A governor from the S.S calling meeting for Sunday by 2.00pm to discuss how to dissolve Oshiomole remove. No name was mention, but every body will now think is Okorocha because of the "line of quote". But can okorocha who is in benign with pmb hold a meeting in Nigeria.
Something his fishing here. Why dancing around those who are in Beijing, why on the first in their absence.
Don't forget that from Tuesday it has been from one meeting to another in the APC rank and files, from caucus meeting to nwc meeting e.t.c.

Of the truth, they ministry of finance has our record and our details in their system.
If they really want to pay our February/March 2016 unpaid salary, they can do it perfectly without involving and disturbing us.
Just today I spent a thousand plus, and the previous thousands I have been spending only on this issue.
Do they want us to finish the money on transport before they will pay us.
