Northerners in every corner of the world will be happy. They have start changing their dp on bbm to Al-mustapha, and commenting on facebook with pride, twitter the same. Okay, we heard u. You won the judgement |
The North is forver ahead of us in politics, these move was carefully planned. Why wasn't he set free when Yar'adua was in power, The Northern leaders, be it Traditional, Political, Business, religious, they have one interest in common the North, I remove cap for this pple. You won't see the dem doing Rotimi and Goodluck style of fight. If u can recall, Bamanga wanted to start this type of fight with Sokoto and Adamawa Gov, una hear anytin relating to their fight again? Dem don call Bamanga to order. Mtsswww! North smfh |
Why are most of the Justice in Nigeria, are all from the North |
President Goodluck Jonathan Jamboree Travel roster to China: The President, the first lady, 15 ministers, 46 presidential aids, aids, 18 first lady aids, 12 senior advisers to the president, 8 state governors, 21 Nigerian captain of industries, 6 military chiefs, 10 senators, 8 house of assembly members and the president security detail. My question is, do we need all these contingents to visit china? The president keep talking of cutting down funds and entourages on his foreign trips, but this trip does not show any sign of that. I wonder what all this contingents will be doing in china. What will Abia state governor be doing in China or what will Bamanga Tukur, PDP chairman will be doing In China? Is this another form of vacation for the boys or just presidential recklessness. Maybe the; the $3 billion loan from china will be giving in cash and more hands are needed to carry the "Ghana must go bags" or they want to start sharing the money from china. I am not against the presidential visit to China, because China is a strategic country in the world and as a growing economy as Nigeria is, therefore we need to pally with China. My only fears and hope is this trip will not turn around and become another jamboree trip as the others became. Another question is, will the $3 billion loan collected be used for what it's meant for? To me, Nigeria Infrastructure problems are bigger than $3 billion and the said amount will not fix Nigerians infrastructure deficit. Nigeria's infrastructure deficits needs over $200 Billion and $3 billion dollars is just a drop of water in an ocean. Therefore, all signs shows that this collected loan of $3 billion will be wasted as the others. God help Nigeria. |
Thank God, Scientologist. This man is a PDP agent, period |
It only in the south, that a court can dethrone a King. While in the North, even the Chief Justice kneel before a king. SMFH |
Isa Yuguda, the Bauchi State Governor seems to have rescinded his earlier decision to distance himself from Gov. Babangida Aliyu-le Northern State Governors’ Forum, NSGF and Gov. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi-led NGF according to a Vanguard News report. Vanguard is reporting that the governor withdrew his earlier resolution to pull out of NGF (Nigerian Governors’ Forum) in consideration to appeals he had received from northern elders to retrack sentiments and fairly represent the north. Yuguda further intimated that he left the Governors Forum because of the unfairness that was witnesses in the last NGF election where Governor Rotimi Amaechi emerged the winner after members had in one accord agreed that Governor Jonah Jang of Plateau State should assume candidacy http://ireporterstv.co/bauchi-state-governor-isa-yuguda-ditches-jang-for-amaechi-faction/ |
He thinks he is here in the south. Northerners, won't allow that. Thank God, he is not even killed. Don't go near their wives. And doing it in Almighty ABU zaria, hhmmmm! He got what he deserve |

Ibo and their ever changing faces. That's why I don't respect them at all. Today they are u brother, tomorrow there will be ur foe |
I love this guy. He got balls, and he is not afraid to speak his mind, Ibo leaders learn from him |
I like this Kwankwaso. He is straight forward. Hw doesnt gove a damn about what GEJ or Tukur thinks. No wonder some people says Kano is like a Country within Nigeria |
HAH: Why start a war you cannot win, they obviously saw the massive sopport from the people of sokoto and north west for him that why.I couldn't agree more. Plus Sokoto Gov will never apologise to the PDP leadership. He is a Northwesterner, they are the most arrogant set of politcians in the North. An average Northwesterner think he is better than any Nigeria. Yes I agree with ur term "super governors" From example in Kano, the Governor only invite The like of Buhari, Atiku, IBB to commission state projects, while in Jigawa it always obasanjo |
The PDP gave two major reasons for lifting the suspension. Nigeria’s ruling People’s Democratic Party, PDP, on Monday lifted its suspension order on the governor of Sokoto State, Aliyu Wamakko, reversing one of its recent controversial decisions that helped polarize its already divided ranks. The party said its decision followed a recommendation of a committee set up by President Goodluck Jonathan to evaluate the crisis rocking the party for months now, as well as an appeal by the party’s governor’s forum, headed by Akwa Ibom State Governor, Godswill Akpabio. Ironically, Mr. Wamakko had vowed not to recognise the PDP Governors Forum or attend its meetings. The presidential committee, headed by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Pius Anyim, met with the party’s National Working Committee ahead of the rescinding of the suspension. The party also announced that it has also resolved the controversy surrounding its National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting, and will hold its NEC meeting finally on Thursday, the 20th of the month to address key issues in the party. Mr. Wamakko was suspended from the party on June 5 for allegedly flouting party directives and showing disregard to the party’s National Chairman, Bamanga Tukur. His suspension came just days after his Rivers state counterpart, Chibuike Amaechi, was axed for similar reasons. While the party named a committee to investigate Mr. Amaechi after the suspension, none was constituted for the Wamakko case. Mr. Amaechi remains under suspension. The party said on Monday that his case cannot be reviewed since it was now before a court. Last week, at an event in Sokoto, Mr. Wamakko and the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal, slammed the party leadership, warning that they will not be intimidated by the party’s decision. Mr. Wamakko not only lambasted Mr. Tukur, but called for his removal and his replacement with former chairman, Ahmadu Ali. Perhaps fearing a major division within the party, particularly one led by some of its most prominent governors, the National Chairman of the Party, Bamanga Tukur, and the party, ignored the Sokoto governors statements; as Mr. Tukur said on Monday he believed that the party would not have issues like this again. “This issue will never come again. It is a great party, we believe in our nation. We need a party as a platform to stand on, but base on unity, discipline and commitment. We rescind the suspension of our governor of Sokoto,” he said. On the NEC meeting, he said:”NEC is the requirement of our own party, to get in touch with the people to tell them of our programmes, like the state of the nation and also the state of the party. So we are going to have our NEC meeting on Thursday the 20th of this month by 12 p.m.” Speaking separately on the development, Mr. Akpabio said the PDP governors had guaranteed to ensure Mr. Wamakko was of good conduct. “We say as guarantors that we will be of good conduct and will do everything possible to continue to show respect to our part and to ensure that cordiality is maintained between the working committee and the PDP governors,” Mr. Akpabio said. “We took this decision based on the numerous media reports, some of which are misleading and which are not really the true reflection of the relationship existing between the PDP governors and the working committee of our great party. “Our appeal is that the working committee should reconsider the suspension of our colleague and just like they say both in the Koran and in the Bible that when your child offends you, you chastised the child but you call him back.” http://premiumtimesng.com/news/national/138968-update-why-we-lifted-suspension-of-sokoto-governor-wamakko-pdp.html |

Ado Bayero is the Emir of Kano and the son of Abdullahi Bayero, the former emir, who reigned for 27 years. Muhammadu Sanusi who was Ado Bayero's half brother ruled after their father from 1953-1963. Following his dethronement in 1963, Muhammadu Inuwa ruled only for three months. After his death, Ado Bayero ascended the throne in October 1963. Ado is one of the longest-serving emirs in the emirate's history. During his tenure, the emirate has been transformed from a powerful native authority into a custodian of Hausa language and Islamic traditions. Bayero's palace plays host to official visits by many government personnel and foreigners, but in 1981 Governor Abubakar Rimi restricted traditional homage paid by village heads to Ado Bayero and excised some domains from his emirate. In 1984, a travel ban was placed on the emir and his friend Okunade Sijuwade. Although the military are sometimes seen as relying on traditional rulers for support, many military regimes in the past reduced the powers of traditional rulers such as Bayero. Bayero is a former chancellor of the University of Nigeria and currently the chancellor of the University of Ibadan. He has served as the chief of the Kano police. He was installed the Emir of Kano on October 22, 1963, becoming the 13th Fulani emir of Kano and the 56th ruler of the Kano Kingdom. Today (15th June, 2013) he celebrate 50years on Throne

Inik: Loking at it from a religious and ethnic perspective Kogi, nassarawa, Taraba, kwara are predominantly Christian and non-hausa/fulani states by population. It wouldn't be a difficult task for these states to come together and unite under one umbrella. That's not true. Check these states demography, and If u r using Hausa-fulani as a yardstick that's different. But, Kwara is a Muslim majority state, same apply to Kogi and Nassarawa. I agree with Taraba is mainly a christians populated state, but Taraba is in North East, not North Central. Come to think of it, let me show a percentage of which shows the Number of Hausa-fulani in some Northern states Kaduna---- 65% Kano------90% Jigawa----91% Katsina----93% Zamfara----95% Sokoto----96% Kebbi----89% Bauchi----83% Gombe----58% Borno---31% Yobe----41% (Yobe and Borno are Kanuri pple) Niger----39% Plateau---40% Adamawa----50% Taraba ----45% Use it for further research |
Is Ramadan the Month muslim observe fasting? Oh my God, my food business ooh |
Inik: Good move, it is high time the Middle belt states pulled out of the northern forum after all they've not benefitted much from being part of the northern bloc. The hausa-fulani oppression of the middle belt must end!I guess u r referring to Only Plateau and Benue. Cos they rest like Nassarawa, Niger, Kogi and Kwara will never pull out. Go and do a little research. |
baby_123: Soon, even his family will give him up. Who knows? Maybe one of his wives. Opportunity for US citizenship and $7m. O boy! Boko haram leader, abeg where you dey? I need $7m. His boys don hear sey reward na $7M? Abi he is restricting them from radio, tv and newspaper!Northerners don't fancy being US citizen, like we do in the South. They have too much pride to be consider a 2nd class citizen in another country. Do a little research and see, u don't see them in quene at the embassy looking for visa, neither u hear them being deported from Europe. |
