There is nothing going on. It is IMPOSSIBLE for dollar to be at 175 and you are being charge 178. It can only happen if you didn't place the order before the dollar change. As long as you place your order and it is 175, the system won't charge you 178. If you affected by exchange rate at the time of placing the order, we apologize. What happened to you is also happening to us because there are people that placed order on our website when dollar was at 175 and by the time they receive the goods, dollar is at 185 and they are yet to pay the shipping fee. And to charge them, we won't tell them to pay 185 because the system has already billed them with 175. The lost is left to us to bear.

We highly suggest that suppliers should be the one to call us. It is not that we cannot call the supplier, it is because we have learn that sometimes after calling the supplier, a customer might decide not to continue with the business and the supplier will be calling us each asking about the customer.

To ask if we have receive your product, contact DUKE. He is the one in charge of all products that enter our office.

Although you might might contact any of the above people for any issue, however contacting the right person will help to make things faster.

If you have paid the supplier with paypal, you don't have to worry much because paypal can still help you in collecting your money back. Regarding how we can check the product for you, keep in touch with Duke. Once he confirm that he has received the item, ask him to snap pictures and send to you through Whatsapp.

We only ship from China to Nigeria. For shipping back from Nigeria to China, you can contact Nigeria agent. They can help you with that however it is not in Chrisvicmall business scope.

Place your order and ask your shipper for the tracking number and shipping company name they used. You don't pay custom duty. It is already included in the shipping fee

All you have to do is after paying the naira equivalent into our account, login into your Chrisvicmall account and place the order. When placing the order please don't forget to specify the amount we should pay the supplier and also the supplier phone number. That is it.
Once we pay the supplier, you will receive alert about it

It will work. All you have to do is to add $5 service charge to no matter the amount you agreed with the supplier and then pay into our account. When purchasing from alibaba, the main reason we always ask for the supplier alibaba link or company website is to help you verify if the supplier is bogus or not. If you do not provide us with a link, we will not make the payment to the supplier unless if you authorize us to pay but doing that means that in case of lost (if payment is made and supplier didn't send the goods), we are not to be hold responsible.

The shipping fee includes clearance.

It is not compulsory that you must pay the shipping fee before we send the goods however we highly recommend that you pay on time before the goods reach Nigeria. This is to enable us the time to credit your account on time and also to avoid Nigeria agent from refusing to release your goods when you go for pickup or call him to deliver the goods to you. So the earlier the better.

If you purchase the goods by yourself, it is your responsibility to keep in touch with each of the supplier you purchased from and make sure that they deliver the goods on time and also provide you with the right shipping company and tracking number they use when sending the goods from their office to our office.

However if we are the one that purchase the goods, then it is our responsibility. You don't need to worry about tracking number.

If you want us to handle only the shipping while you handle the purchase, then here is what you should do. Assuming that your Chrisvicmall username is Thronsylva. Ask each of the suppliers to send to us using the below address

Once you have completed the payment to the suppliers, the next thing is to log into your Chrisvicmall account and navigate to http://chrisvicmall.com/place_order and place the order. When placing the order , make sure that you select "CVM handles only the shipping". The is because you have already handle the purchase by yourself. Under number of sellers you purchased from, enter the number of sellers and fill the links of each of the seller. And that is it.

Finally, when each of the supplier send the product to us, ask for the tracking number and shipping company name they use. It might come in handy.

If you are purchasing by yourself and follow the steps above, then you are good to go.
If you want us to handle both payment and shipping, then all you need to do is log into your Chrisvicmall account and place the order. The answer to your question about the number of days it will take to reach Nigeria can find found in the response we gave to "Prologue (the post above your post)". As for the price it from lagos to your location, you can estimate between 2500-3500naira. We send through transportation buses.

Yes we do however we only send goods like Laptop, Tablets,Liquid items e.g perfume and ink, phones, through Normal Shipping. Normal shipping takes 7-10days to reach. To avoid delay, make sure that your product reach our office latest 10a.m Nigeria time. This is because items with battery can only be sent on Tuesday.

Your case is last year November right? We do apologize. After your case, we cancelled shipping of tablet or phones through express. It causes more harm than good. Sometimes a customer will ask us that an item is urgently needed and in trying to help out the customer, we fall into issues like this. If we have insisted on using normal shipping to send your product no matter how urgent it is needed, we wouldn't be enemy by now. It might take 10days to reach but it won't create enmity. It is one of the lessons we learn the hard way. It affected you greatly and also it affected us greatly. Both parties lost money, time and peace. We do apologize for your own lost and we have learn a lesson through that experience. SORRY.

You mean going to the factory to check the product? If yes, then it won't be possible because some cities will cost you 3days from Guangzhou to reach there. Moreover, the transportation fee alone will cost not less than 500usd.
