Your supplier wrote Elena name as the receiver of the product instead of your username as the receiver. Maybe that was what you gave them. There is no way we can check if which customer owns that product. That was why you didn't receive an update. Please next time, tell your supplier to write your username so that we can know it belongs to you.

Also a friend used your platform today and you charged #171 as exchange rate.

MY ACCOUNT NAME IS SERRY AND MY ORDER NO:869356119834,the content is ladies flat shoes (30pairs), Victor and Elena, please l need my goods and my refund, l have spoken to you people, Victor told me they will get back to me, l have place this order since on 3/12/2013, l got a text message that the goods has been shipped on the 20/12/2013, only for me to received a call from Elena the following morning that she got a parcel in my name, to my surprised it the goods they send the message to me that it has been shipping, l spoke at length with them on that day , l told them to send it through normal shipping which is the service l paid for, since then l hear nothing from them, l called Elena on the 29/12/2013, she told me the goods are in lagos but due to the break, the l will get it the following monday, on tuesday l called lagos and the guy told me my goods is not among the goods that arrives.
CHRISVIC PLEASE AND PLEASE JUST GET ME MY ORDER AND MY REFUND, l have ordered for my remaining balance since on the 23/12/2013, l'm yet to recieve anything.

You can check the date you received the message should be on Thursday. Friday/Saturday is our shipping day that is why it wasn't sent on Thursday. After checking your order, it shows that the estimate time you should receive it is on 28th of December but today is 31st which means something is wrong somewhere. We cannot check now because China office has already closed for today. Tomorrow, you will receive a reply as Victor told you.
Regarding your withdrawal, mention it to Victor when he calls tomorrow.

Hello Ymodulus, when you are giving information about us and our charges, we would appreciate if you can make it clearly. You should have stated that our charges ranges between $7.5usd to $13 depending on your shipping option and weight of your product.

Your above quotation is incorrect. This is because the product you are shipping is more than 10kg which means we will be charging you $8 (including clearance ) instead of the $10 you mentioned. If you use us to ship the item, you are not paying 45,900naira
Besides, you used our current exchange rate to calculate the quotation, but used the old exchange rate to calculate your shipper's rate. Currently no one is giving you 163 per dollar. About 98% of the shippers will charge you 173/174naira as of recently. The remaining percent will charge you between 170/172naira.
